I wonder if I'm the only hard cider fan here on BCT. I don't drink much, but Angry Orchard's been my go-to (aside from vodka) when I want to sometimes buzz at home.

Me too.

Angry Orchard is my go to as well, but I won't say no to Smith & Forge or Woodchuck. Redd's is the cheap choice.

AO and Redd's are definitely the most common in my area (Mike's, to a lesser extent). I've been wanting to try other ciders.

I'm not much of a beer drinker as I am whisky but my wife got me hooked on strongbow gold apple and soultree ginger apple. Hard cider is good

Cider is basically alcohol made directly from fermented apple juice (usually coming from a very specific type of apple that's different from typical "dessert" apples), most drinks try to strike a balance between its sweetness and the dryness you'd typically get from beer, though traditional ciders were pretty dry.
