Even more reason to not watch:

Bill Barnwell gives an indepth recitation of why the NFL ain't shit. Kap not having a job is unprecedented. Most QBs in the NFLs history had a job the next year if they played a ton the year before. Even if they sucked. If you have a job, you at least get an invite. And contrasts it against the common argument that the NFL is getting worse (welp, if it's getting worse, some of these terrible teams need to sign Kap). Especially if you are willing to get a bum out of retirement and sign him after he shit the bed in Chicago for a bunch of the last decade.

The conclusion:
There just isn't a strong enough case for teams to pass on Kaepernick, given the desperate public outcries for useful quarterbacks and the nature of his protests. Even if you disagree with his stance, it's bizarre to contrast his peaceful political dissent as a crime that should keep him off rosters in a league in which even marginal players embroiled with confirmed or alleged incidences of domestic and/or sexual assault can sustain careers.

Watching so many NFL teams willfully make ignorant choices and then complain about the lack of quarterback options while leaving a clearly qualified candidate on the sidelines makes it seem like the quality of decision-making in the modern NFL is far worse than the quality of play.

Which is always the kicker. The NFL is a results league that will employ a guy many believe was involved in a murder, a dog abuser, a rapist, a dude that dumps his gf while she's pregnant. I just described top level talent, most are QBs and just morally repugnant individuals.

But the one issue that the NFL is definitely against? Peacefully protesting the state of Black America.

And yes, it's been a shit league for some time. And by supporting the NFL all these years, I've been supporting toxic masculinity and system sexism.

Don't get caught up believing that the most frequent solution that the west employs(violence) is the right one. Violence = death. We're all pampered by western society so the average person "gets violent" to disable a person instead of kill, but as people become more and more uncomfortable on turf that they consider to be theirs, that will change. These neo-nazis will be the ones to introduce that change guaranteed. They already have really, Antifa street warrior knocks a nazi out, neo-nazi takes a car and murders 1 and maims a dozen. Antifa knocks another guy out on social media (oooohhhhh!!!! wooorld staaaaaaaar!!!). Nazi shoots/stabs random POC. Antifa punches another nazi, random nazi gets caught preparing a bomb in his house. In this easily distinguished pattern one side's resolution clearly isn't as strong as the other, almost like they're just doing it superficially for 'gram.

As the infighting escalates, what solution is there to be rid of the other side besides mass internment? It's not like this is an organized effort with the backing of government and media to be on the right side of justice(declaring nazi's terrorists) and repair the damage done(almost the opposite in fact), just every week a new act of random violence insta-blasted to 10's of millions of uninformed overstimulated consumers at once. There will be a death in retaliation for this, but who will it be? Probably another random black father, or a random protesting white college student, or a police officer sitting in his car under an overpass, probably another crowd of protesters. People are celebrating violence between the peasants vs the peons while people with actual power facepalm and consider permanent solutions for everyone involved for making us all look like ass-backward barbarians on the world stage.

Unfortunately random black people will be the most frequent victims of this fuckery because of unorganized movements like BLM putting black people at the center of the conflict when really it's just the natural dissolution of false western values and the upheavel of the established economic model that the same upperclass will continue to iterate on regardless of the escalating violence between the bus-riding neo-nazi's and antifa.

So yea, y'all keep cheering for domesticated kitten squad(antifa) while neo-nazi's are operating in their struggling shadow societies plotting actual murder. The excitement that you're seeing and celebrating is the symptom of a rising ignorance-born hysteria that all participants will regret eventually. By the end of this "both sides" will be begging for intervention from anyone who'll offer it, and when they're on their last legs, "both sides" will get plenty of offers.

Without government intervention and recognition of nazi's as terrorists, it's going to go exactly how I laid it out. The Nazi's will continue to escalate and become more extreme and dangerous, and antifa's pointless social media antics will perpetuate more and more violence from the nazi's, just watch.

Nope. Because the hysteria is real and growing. And no, antifa isn't on us, but we're going to end up reaping their karma, once we find out that they're just a bunch of jobless college kids and they get these literally genocidal nazi's all emotionally worked up.

I'm saying, stop cheerleading these people for unorganized violent acts. Talking about history, when has a group of white people gotten together for anything, for the benefit of black people? Don't say by ending slavery, because there were clear benefits for white people who "got with the program" after the civil war.
