Don't know. They posted they are experiencing issues and pointed to the status page. It's not a planned maintenance.

Silly question but I don't have an orb floating around me when I cast Inner Light/Mage Light from the Mages Guild skill line. I get the blue glow around the face and arms only. Anyone else have this problem?

What does holding triangle and circle do again? What is synergy?

From what I can tell, Synergy just means you can interact with another player's ability in some way. The effect is obviously different for every ability, and only a few abilities have a synergy, but they seem to be an important part of playing in a group. As a Templar, I have an AoE ultimate ability, which is very strong on its own, but can be interacted with by another player to deal an additional massive burst of AoE damage.

So update after maintenance:

Still get stutters, but lag is very very minor now, and only happens once in a while. No disconnects yet.

I get frame pauses in confined areas too, good 1/2 second stutters every 10 seconds.

Making it a bit unplayable for me.

Doesn't help me get over things like the terrible combat, am I actually hitting something with a sword??

I am really loving this game. Played a lot last night (US) and did not have any real issues.

I am kind of overwhelmed with the options for skills to put points in. Weapons, main skills, crafting, random skills you get from guilds, etc. I am playing a templer and have held a couple points because of this!

Nope. Riding skills are either character or account based.

Muling is making alt characters and using their inventory as additional storage space.

I started the download yesterday at 8PM and now it is 8AM the next morning, I have downloaded 8,3Gb of the game in 12 hours and it's still showing a whopping 66 hours to go. Fuck those speeds.

Change your DNS server. My ISPs DNS gives great speeds. I hear that Google's 8.8.8.8 or 8.8.4.4 gives OKish speeds.

Changing the DNS server in the PS4 to googles helped I also experimented with changing the MTU from 1500 to 1473 and 1450 and both helped increasing my download speed

You can't play with us I believe, at least players from different alliances can't interact unless its in Cyrodiil as enemies, but I believe when you hit 50 you can travel to other alliance areas. Anyone can join regardless of what alliance they are if they want, you might miss out on some stuff, but you should still be able to use the Guild to find other players in the same alliance to play with.

We can be members of 5 Guilds I believe, so we can use this one as a more global one for EP and everyone else, and then DC and AD players can create specific one for their alliance.
