The Elder Scrolls Online Tamriel Unlimited - |OT| - Console edition

So I poked around a bit after switching the PS4 HDD for an SSD, and it didn't have much of an effect on the stuttering in heavily populated towns, but it did significantly improve loading times and texture streaming on NPC models. Not bad overall.

If someone gets a chance add me to the PS4 NA guild (WallachGAF).

Really quick question.

I bought the Premium package of the game off of the US SEN store, but now when I try playing the game on my main account (Finnish account), I can't see the Imperial Race when I'm trying to make my character. Does this mean that I have to play the game on my "dummy" account to get what was included in the Premium package?

You can't play with us I believe, at least players from different alliances can't interact unless its in Cyrodiil as enemies, but I believe when you hit 50 you can travel to other alliance areas. Anyone can join regardless of what alliance they are if they want, you might miss out on some stuff, but you should still be able to use the Guild to find other players in the same alliance to play with.

We can be members of 5 Guilds I believe, so we can use this one as a more global one for EP and everyone else, and then DC and AD players can create specific one for their alliance.

Invited you guys, I don't think I missed anyone who posted in here, will take another gander.

Can I get an inv?

The EU Ebonheart Pact Guild is up, Guardians Across Fate, apologise it took so long. Just give us a nudge, reply, or message and I will invite you in. Confirmed NeoGaf members will start on the Knight rank who can invite others, everyone else will start on Squire, so feel free to invite friends/family/whoever else.

Sent you an ingame mail but you might not have seen it, invite please.

Yes, the entitlements are tied to the account that purchased it.

Is there an Ebonheart Pact XB1 clan on the NA server? If so can I get an invite? My gamer tag is Dimorphic.

I'm enjoy the game solo but wouldn't mind joining a clan and running some dungeons.

sometimes people are over reacting so... is ESO in good shape now to play on NA server or is it really a huge lag fest with invisible mobs?

I am tempted to buy it or wait a bit (got witcher3 in my backlog)

thanks in advance!

When it's up and running it's been pretty smooth for me. The only real lag I've gotten is in the first town you spawn in. Get's a bit choppy with 50+ people running around crazily.

My beef lately is server issues and unusually long load times. Since last night it takes me forever to get in. Same this morning, been staring at the loading screen for 10 minutes now.
(Also part of the soundtrack sounds just like the score from the movie Red Dragon/Silence of the Lambs as I sit and listen)

Keep in mind this is the first weekend so I'm sure the servers are just getting hammered.

totally playable provided you can actually log in during peak hours. that said, almost every night since the games launch i have either had to wait in a 10-20 minute queue or couldnt log in at all. each day seems to be getting slightly better.

I don't have lag outside of cities and never had an invisible mob.

The game is getting some great reviews and attention which is excellent news for longevity and developer attention. I am really presently surprised at how well received this MMO has been on consoles. I hope it means more MMOs are given thoughtful and well developed console releases.

I'd love to see SWTOR on consoles.

For the most part it has been fine, but there have been login issues (which seemed better last night) and "unusually long load times" that popped up last night when switching areas. There is stutter when you enter a crowded area, seems like a hiccup/pause when loading all the models in? It kind of reminds me of how Oblivion used to do that even in single player when sprinting. Oh and there have been times when I load to an area and everyone is gone (expect their pets) and I had to quit the game and log back in, which sucked when it was taking 20 min to log in.

What do they mean by other players spoil the fun while playing solo?

I've had the invisible mob problem once, but restating the game fixed it easily enough.

I haven't experienced much lag. I think the biggest problem is the long transition screens.

Nice. Once all of the launch issues get smoothed over it is going to really shine. It is pretty much the MMO I have been waiting for. Solo friendly, no subscription and in a world I love. It will keep me coming back in between other games for sure.

ok so after spending the last few evening just trying all the classes and the starting areas i am happy with my choice.

I really enjoyed the Daggerfall opening areas and the quests were very good. It has this pirate feeling and it really liked with me.

Second I really like the Nightblade and the Sorcerer classes but decided to go as a redguard night blade this time.

I love playing the game in first person I feel really immersed, I hope dungeons are doable in 1st person.

As of now I have a bow bar and a DW bar, using a sword and dagger I feel like a pirate that1s part of something bigger.

I rolled in EU.

Even bought the rogues pack costume and a horse, and I never spend money on F2P games but I have a feeling I will be here for a while :)

Interested in this and SWTOR on consoles. It's been maintaining a pretty good population on XBO since launch.

I have been stealing and fencing so I have some good cash. Is it worth buying equipment from the stores? Or what should I spend the money on?

I feel like I got glitched in the tutorial area with the server issues last night. Where am I supposed to go when I'm outside in the wailing prison and it says "continue through the bleeding forge"? There's nothing on my map, and I can't open the one door I've found.

It's behind the door you cannot pass - to the left. If you can't find it just start a new character, you're very early on in the game.

This is my brother's basement. I'm in the video also towards the end. (The Elder Scrolls obsessed brother ;) ) Good watch for this that haven't seen it yet.

Cool.

Tell your brother to calibrate his projector better, tons of unused space on the screen, (and get a masked screen)

Do I have to get above it somehow?

No, you just walk around the corner. They redid the tutorial after the PC version launched as a lot of people couldn't work out what to do, so they made it easier.. It's still not very clear.
