The Elder Scrolls Online Tamriel Unlimited - |OT| - Console edition

Well my original post was meant to imply this is my leveling build, I do plan on going full healer once I max out, I wanted the DPS tree to help me clear through content quicker and also I wanted heals on the side for dungeons.

I just wanted to know how you're doing with solo content being a full on healer.

I have yet to run I to anything I could not handle. It is slower than a DPS leveling build. But I am also focusing on dungeon crawling with groups to build up a solid group of people that like to raid. That's my favorite part of MMO's.

Contemplating re-starting...on dagger fall atm and in eu so all of gaf is in ebonheart so wondering if its worth restarting there for the gaf guild?

Only currently 10 breton sorcerer so not that far in...may re-roll to a dragon knight or something...just not sure.

So gaf, what do you think?

I'm interested in doing the first dungeon, spindle something, if anyone's willing to help a brother out.

Is the only way to sell things to other players through guilds?

I've got a Khajiit motif I'd like to sell seeing as people are selling them for good coin but I really don't know how to go about selling it other than the store in the gaf guild bank.

Correct, best thing is to find a larger trading guild on reddit or eso forums to join. You can be in 5 guilds. I'll be in GAF, a PVP focused guild and probably 3 trading guilds.

Why does he wear the mask!?
If they add some better AH system, improve the dungeon finder and fix the weird quest phasing for playing with friends this will be a fantastic MMO.

Like pump years of my life into it good.

Hey guys I'm really frustrated. I'm trying to get infected with vampirism for several days and it's hopeless. In the rare occasion of spawning blood fiends, they get killed almost immediately by a bunch of douches (seriously why). Scammers try their best to get a lot of gold without actually biting anyone.

So please, if you're a vampire with a bite left, on the EU server / DF covenant, please contact me here or on PSN.
Would appreciate a bite from a fellow Gaffer. Would give you gold or anything you want T.T

I would be really grateful for any kind of help! Thanks! :*

Hey guys,

I've got a sealed copy next to me but I'm not sure if this is the right game for me. So here are some questions:

1) How important is gear? Most (if not all) MMOs rely on a strong gear spiral and it is hard to find a group later on when one doesn't have the best-in-slot gear.
2) How hard is it to find a group to do some content?
3) What group contents are available?
4) How important is crafting?
5) As a german player which server should I join?

I really like to group up fast and do content together.

I don't understand how to keep track on main line quests. I don't see any in my journal do they just appear when i'm roughly the right level to move forward with the story?

The quest tracking is really annoying, one line about the quest and no other info, ugh.

Also the no text chat is really getting to me, I hear so much crap coming through proximity chat but no one ever says anything.

Enter PvP and want to quickly ask folk the basics, no chance, want to just trade? want to just say few words to people, nope not happening.

Coordinating with a random group is dire.

No text chat makes it feel like a single player game with a slew of annoying noises every now and again.

I cant get past it.

So how's the game and the general consensus on it? I seem to recall it getting a bit of heat back on PC..?

I think it is a good mmo, but for me I can't get past the lack of communication.

The start of the game is beyond dull as well, most folk won't slog through the first 5/6 hours and think there is a good game waiting.

I am really loving this game. I tried to attack some blue mudcrab world boss last night. That didn't end well.

I'm a bit overwhelmed with stuff to do at level 8, but it's fun. I'm just sort of going through quests, gathering crap and trying to level lots of skills.

Can I increase my personal bag space? Also, what's a good way to get gold early on to increase bank space?

Oh and can you craft from your bank? I thought you could, but the PC version doesn't appear to allow this.

I came across a sidequest in Stonefalls last night that was a clear homage to John Carpenter's The Thing. So fun! :)

Got to lvl 26 this am and made it to the third zone. Ravenshire think its called. Loving it. Can't wait to get to third dungeon.

And when does it become available to be vampire?

It wasn't really clicking until last night, but getting a shield for my sword and shield Templar really really was a game changer. I will eventually have a toon for every faction, but I was really not feeling sorcerer in fairness it wasn't until level 6 or so when Templar felt fun and exciting.
stealing might be overpower if you use the boats near guild starting area as no one is around to see you and thus no risk fairly high reward

Question for higher level peeps, are skills point stupid easy to come by the whole game? I have been hording them away for fear they run thin at higher levels.

Still about level 8, but I'm really enjoying this game a lot! Clicking with the triggers to attack makes me feel more like I'm attacking things. I want to see how things go, but I have to say ESO has really impressed me a lot!

Put my FFXIV sub on hold for a bit.

Is there a way to tell where the PVP action is happening? I randomly chose a campaign, joined, hopped on the map and just walked around aimlessly not seeing a soul for a good 6 mins. Finally stumbled upon a group of 3 guys trying to take something belonging to Daggerfall and managed to set their catapult on fire. It seemed fun but it would probably be better if I knew where anyone on my faction was / I had any idea what was going.

I think there are little messages that pop up whenever something is being attacked or something PVP related is happening. Other than that, it's basically like any other part of the game world, with NPC quests, dungeons, etc. except with the added danger/thrill of potentially being ganked by another player character.

This helps out with explaining the Campaign system: http://elderscrollsonline.info/campaigns, http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Online:Campaigns
