oh my lord that looks horrible.
what exactly are your settings? That can't be all on max, can it?

That would suck.Yeah, the only difference I'm noticing is the detail moss on street corners and rocks. Everything else is a marginal bump in resolution.
Looks like you might need to go to your skyrim launcher, data files, and click the checkmark next to the high res pack.
Sorry, but how do I do this? I just want to make sure.

Dang that is alot more than I expected. Must be a really comprehensive set or just wacky steam size.3GB DL for the texture pack folks.
Gonna uninstall a few of the texture mods I have now with this downloading.
Sure, but that was FIVE YEARS AGO and it was just ONE guy. I can easily forgive the flaws, though I would say it's generally a large improvement.Quarl was pretty bad IMO. Bump and sharpening doesn't make textures look better. Not to mention the occasional inverted normal maps that didn't even match the diffuse...
Holy shit.
Damnit. After installing the texture pack my armor is now all blue. So are some npc clothes. What happened there?
S0N0S joined GAF???
:lol
With NMM or Wyre Bash, you can enable/disable the esps...so yes.
Has anyone manage to download and actually use the space core mod? All I get is "Failed to enumerate subscribed files!" on loading the launcher.
It's a pity my mod post will be lost among all this chaos.

Oh man. So I installed the Space Core modas a test and I exit Whiterun and I am simply running around and suddenly I hear, "SSSSSSSPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPAAAAAAAAAAAAACCCCCCCCCCCCCEEEEEEEEEEE" coming from above me and then a crash. There was a trail of smoke leading to a burnt building and there he was, landed in the fireplace. You can pick him up and that is about it but he totally has all the lines from Portal 2.
So good.
Damn it! Use Spoiler tags!
Your unwavering enthusiasm for this game is really great. You must have downloaded every Skyrim mod in existence, tried it out and came back here with your comments. Going to other threads and seeing Skyrim being slammed at nearly every opportunity, its nice to go to this one and see such positivity.
Keep on truckin man.
Definitely appreciate Raptors effort. I wouldn't want all them mods but power to him.
I'll be forever thankful you posted the level uncapper modThat's exactly what I want in a game like this. It's when level scaling makes sense when I want numbers to keep going up.
Being buggy is one thing, but most of the mods that catch public attention outside of Skyboost haven't done much to change anything fundamental or sweeping and are more out of novelty. The rest of the bulk of them seem to be aesthetic mods and ones that are modding for modding's sake. Whether the game was buggy or not to begin with doesn't seem to have conflicted with the mods that would have came out regardless. What do they say? At it's essence, the game is a buggy POS and Bethesda should be ASHAMED for releasing it the way they did, but thanks to the modding community it has been transformed into something incredibly amazing for me. So I can probably understand what everyone thinks... I don't think I'd be really that into the game if I was just playing vanilla.
