Is this a glitch or is there an item or shovel I need to interact with the sound? It definitely is a buglike sound coming from underneath the ground. I found a fourth one last night outside of Rorikstead. Thanks!
I read once that there was a way of making it work offline?IMBored said:It never brole a USB port for me. It's dificult to install, have to be online to connect the controller every single time and open the app, but it works.

I read that too but never got it to work. Normally not a problem but I was playing AC2 some time ago and my router gave up.Pazuzu9 said:I read once that there was a way of making it work offline?

You need to install Motioninjoy drivers, then you can make it emulate the 360 controller. It works perfectly in the game like this.
Did you try closing the game and restarting it, or worst case restarting your computer? It sounds silly but sometimes little bugs may get fixed like that. Otherwise I don't know.Juancho9 said:Game was running ok for me up until i bought a house and walked into whiterun and all of a sudden, the framerate is really low and the game is super choppy throughout the entire town. Inside houses are fine. Anyone have this issue?

Supersampling is usually a performance killer, yes.moop1167 said:Okay, so I have confirmed that having transparency multisampling enabled in nvidia inspector causes the see-through heads for the Khajiit. Really strange.
Supersampling works, but I don't know if that's going to kill performance or not.
There's some files you can use for the local tab to use it offline. I can post it later when I'm home.Pazuzu9 said:I read once that there was a way of making it work offline?

Also, enabling transparency multisampling in the .ini file doesn't cause it to happen, but I don't know if it's even working.
It didnt work for me, in the other hand OGSSAA works wonderfully [except for frapsDennisK4 said:Anybody have the settings for SSAA in Nvidia Inspector for this game?
Honestly if you're happy with the performance, it looks okay to you, and you don't seem to be experiencing control lag, I wouldn't worry too much about it. There are a couple of changes in the OP for shadows and stuff but I changed it back since I wanted my performance to stay reasonable...and I'm at medium high, so it should look even better for you.taranatar said:I've just started playing, I just put everything on Ultra and went with it. Leaving iPresentInterval=1 should enable ingame vsync and triple buffering. I set it to 0 and use D3Doverrider for vsync and triple buffering since I feel like the mouse is a little better in menus, but there's probably not much difference.dollartaco said:Is there a way to enable triple buffering in the .inis or should it be done through another program?

Same here, Whiterun puts my game to high 20s.Juancho9 said:Game was running ok for me up until i bought a house and walked into whiterun and all of a sudden, the framerate is really low and the game is super choppy throughout the entire town. Inside houses are fine. Anyone have this issue?
I was pretty sure I was getting framerates between 30 and 60 with the build-in vsync, which would mean triple buffering has to be enable as far as I know (otherwise it's a 30/60 lock).dollartaco said:I get super mouse lag with iPresentInterval on on my 6950, so I just assumed TB was off.
Change iPresentInterval to 0 as described in the OP. I would recommend getting RivaTuner (it's free) and just running D3DOverrider, clicking the boxes for vsync and triple buffering.taranatar said:It did feel as if the mouse was a little laggy, a quckfire way to fix this please![]()
No, that's right. With uncapped framerate if you look at a wall in a small interior cell the slightes y axis movement will make you look up ar at your feet.Blizzard said:The other reason I like vsync + triple buffering with D3DOverrider is that if you don't keep the framerate reasonable, your vertical mouse sensitivity apparently goes crazy since it is related to framerate. Someone please correct me if I'm wrong.
Corky said:So has anyone figured out how to
1) Fix sli?
2) Fix random fps drops with nvidia cards?
3) Why certain people have amazing shadows with X settings while others are still on space invaders shadows with the very same X settings?

Using an AMD card, btw.
