So your only experienced problem is frame-pacing?
Yes. I'm running it at 1440p and it never goes below 60fps. Also, for whatever reason, having Camera Motion Blur on was causing the game to chug horribly bad any time there was any stuttering. With it off, the frame pacing issues are still there, but way less pronounced. The first two chapters were almost unplayable with that option on. I also ended up restarting the game, and playing through those first two chapters again was a completely different experience with that single option off. No idea why. Otherwise, there's still a frame pacing issue, but it's bearable in comparison.
Unless the in game performance metrics as well as RTSS are simply not functioning correctly, my frame rate doesn't go below 60, but it still isn't a smooth 60.
I miss the matches a lot too.
I miss disarming bombs and tripwires too.
I tried disarming the first tripwire that I came upon, and was wondering why I couldn't disarm it. Yet you can pick up traps you set on the ground.
Dumb.
Oh, I found a good flashbolt substitute, upgrading the smokebolt will allow you to stealth kill all enemies inside its radius, and by that point in the upgrade tree the smoke is up for 12 seconds, makes good work of those hordes in the open Union areas. At chapter 8 now, started saving green goo for the slow-mo at chapter 6 almost half way there, I already bought a bunch of steath, combat, and a few stamina skills. It's the most expensive and interesting thing on the tree by far. Should be able to hold out for it. I've banked almost 400 gunpowder, too. I could always burn some and farm out the goo, but I should be able to make it naturally.
After wasting points in the stealth tree for low profile 3 and the predator skill, I restarted. I grabbed the two crouch speed buffs, corner kill and then dumped everything into the combat tree, and am saving up for the reflex ability too. It's damn expensive.
Seb is even faster in this game than the first one, you get so much sprint guage to start with and you don't stop moving entirely if you run out like before; now you just slow down to running speed. Really if the enemies weren't fast and savage in close range they wouldn't be threatening at all. I think you just need to get used to them tbh.
Compared to the enemies for aiming and actually hitting them, he's a lot slower.
I'm on PC and it's fine, great even. But I have a very high end machine.
Congrats, so do I. So do many others that are having similar problems.

like i said i never got the red arrow, been trying from every angle and distance on a normal zombie.... hope it gets patched
It apparently doesn't show the indicator above Survivor. I had the skill, and it "worked" on Survivor but was practically useless. I had to be essentially ten feet away before the indicator would appear. If you can already get that close, you don't need it.
