edit: I'd like for D2 and LORD OF DESTRUCTION to go at the same time, but if you just want one or the other, that's fine, too.

Little request I just thought of in case anyone was parting with any of these...I've been looking on trying some NIS SRPGs other than Disgaea. I think there's Makai Kingdom, La Pucelle, and Phantom Brave.

They are beautiful games, why don't you install them and continuously play until Diablo 3 is announced.

Both in boxes. All discs included, for a total of 4. (D2 Play, Install and Cinematics discs, Expansion disc.)

It runs on Windows XP fine. don't know about Vista or anything.

no, i still have tons of things to give away. the issue is a multitude of things, including that it's a lot of work to pack things up, take them to the post office, etc., but also a sense that there are people doing a lot of asking and not as much offering. if the concept tickles your fancy, and you want it to continue, just remember that it's not going to be rolling twenty-four hours a day as it was in the very beginning when things were so stored up. maybe only on occasion will something really excellent pop up, but it will at least relieve some of you from checking the thread every two minutes so you can get back to living a little

Would everyone please shut up? This thread has gotten ridiculous and totally lost its original spirit. Fake offers, calls of dibs for everything, the same five people grabbing everything even if they don't know what it is. Then you've got people who have received like 10 games already having the gall to request specific games they want.

Try to remember the original point of this thread.
 
I went from page 1 to 21, then saw the topic was 62 pages..how do the HL2 steam voucher things work? I just got a computer that can actually play stuff like it about 2 weeks ago and if it's a code or something, I'd love to give HL2 a try if there is a voucher still around (teknoman and vgamer were still offering them in the first 1/3 of the topic).

How does it work? I haven't used steam since it was first introduced and don't have it on my new comp. I won't be able to dl or whatever you do with it until Sunday.

1) Purchase them via actual store - they go for like $1 a piece.

2) Purchase them online via Ebay or craigslist.

3) Trade in games you don't want at actual stores in exchange for Game Gear games.

Those are just a few. I don't encourage selling your body unless it's your 8th option.
 
To those complaining how the trading has died down and stuff...don't worry so much. A bunch of us will certainly re-circulate items we've received. Also, there's no way the steam this thread had could be maintained for so long.

Here are people having fun with each other (and yes I do agree with the sentiment that people who have already received a lot of things should cool down) and you get all pissy at them. I've read some hilarious posts in this thread and don't want it to stop.

To make it up to you, I will send you Twisted Metal Black Online for FREE as well as any other Walkmans I find and custom drawings. Cool?

Thats true. The only way that'll happen is if it somehow gets the attention of other GAFers...maybe even other GAF game journalist's/developers/etc.

Hell they can even write an article about it. Im sure it would open other gamer's eyes.

No, it wasn't a threat at all. It was just a matter of fact statement; my first thought was that it was funny that you were saying what you said to someone who offered to give you a game for free just yesterday. I can see how it would seem like a threat, though. That would be a really petty, meaningless threat.

People having fun is fine, but this thread just got way out of hand where it was the same five or so people calling dibs on everything and nothing (even having no idea what the stuff was), posting fake free stuff, telling everyone what games they want, etc. The initial spirit of selfless giving was totally lost.

blackice is right, free is free, let people do what they want. It doesn't matter how many time I rub my penis all over xenogears, in the end it's still a free copy of xenogears.
