Well, it's true that I'm not a fan of the zero repercussion option, but banning is probably a bit much.
If you think legislating this is a bad idea, fine, but people that say they're gonna give something away and then don't are assholes*, plain and simple.
*Unless some sort of valid reason prevented them from doing so.

First off, an apology: Quite a few pages back I had mentioned that I might give away a copy of MGS Saga Vol. 2, along with the beta code for MGO. Well I did get an extra copy last week, but I gave it to one of my co-workers. So if any of you were still waiting for that, I'm sorry.
Now, to make up for it I'll put something up for grabs. It's a brand new, sealed copy of Okami for the PS2. I bought it last year and haven't even had the time to unwrap it, and I figure if I ever want to play it I can just Gamefly it. So it'll be going out to a GAFer who can give it a good home. A couple of rules though:
1) This will be a raffle. That way it'll give multiple people a shot at the game.
2) Post "I WANT OKAMI!" in all caps somewhere in your post. It'll stand out more so I'll notice it quicker.
3) Post how many items you've gotten so far from this thread. I believe that those who haven't gotten much, if any (1 or less), items from this thread should have a better shot at this. Soo here's what I'll do: I'm literally gonna draw a name from a hat. So for those who have only gotten 1 item or less, their name will be entered twice. Those who have gotten 2 or more things will only get their name entered once.
4) The raffle will be done sometime tonight or tomorrow.
Also, this is a North American copy.
Not sure when I'll be able to ship this out though. I'm hoping sometime this week, but I might be busy with work. I'll definitely ship it though, the winner might just have to wait a little bit.

I know I've gotten some stuff, but what I've gotten was a guide, a PSX game, a GBC game, and a Mario Galaxy coin. I've (or to be more precise, will be) giving away three SNES games and two DS games. AFAIC, if they have gotten more than two items, it shouldn't be the ONLY factor - if they're also generous with giving stuff away, that should be taken into account.
