First boot up, cranked all the settings, 26fps-30fps. A bit strange since I run vanilla HL2 and Episode One at around 80-120FPS. Not sure if its something that was done to the engine or I have something setup in my Nvidia control panel but I'm going to poke around.

While ep 2 was decrypting, steam crashed. Once i restarted steam and let the decryption finish, I was able to play the game the game started to bug out. WTF! Alyx's mouth isnt moving. I cant hear her talk either. I've tried restarting the thing but i keep getting the same problem.

Taking forever to decrypt. It was stuck at 55% for 10 minutes and finally moved up to 66% where it was stuck for awhile again. Now it's started back at the beginning and frozen at 22%.
