sound is not a wave, it's compression and relaxation of particles in a medium over time in a pattern that usually can be described using a waveform. It's similar with light; the "duality of light" is not saying that light is a wave or a particle, it refers to "here we can describe the bahavior of light using a wave function, but there we can not and must use the particle model again to get correct results"

edit: what I wanted to say... it's more in the wording "... is a wave".

Alex always seemed like such a miserable cynic. It is bizarre to hear him talking up No Man's Sky.

It seems like the kind of thing he would immediately sink his teeth into and tear to shreads (repetitive, grindy gameplay stretched incredibly thin over god knows how many hours).

I noticed Alex does really well with Dan's ignorance. I expect Alex to get mad at just how dumb he is but Alex keeps cool and calm and explains things to him as if he was a child.

That said Alex needs more love in these threads.

I know I'm late to the party but I must say I loved this episode so much.
I actually laughed out loud THREE tImes in public transportation, and yes I was trying not to laugh at all times.

That last hour was fucking gold, a shame we will rarely ever hear this quintet again.

i honestly believe that that ride-able luggage is a good idea.

a person riding on their bag takes up like 1/3 the space of a person pulling a piece of rolling luggage behind them. this technology should've taken off
