For me, it's not about humor, but more about nostalgia. I love the references, not because they're funny, but because they're great homages to gaming history.
That was the only time I've ever been annoyed at the way they covered a game. It's such a fun game and they just shit on it for 6 minutes.
Haha, Jeff had the perfect gaming analogy: "GT5 is like a hospital filled with cars".
This game looks fantastic.

An Arcadey Forza might be the racing game for me. I love Forza customization options but I'm not a racing sim guy. I might pick it up during a slower time for gaming.

As someone who really dislikes Dirt, that looks a whole lot like Dirt. It's good that this exists for people who want it, but I hope they stick to their word that none of that stuff will go over into real Forza.

Forza is sterile as shit, but this is obviously way dudebro dubstepped and dirt'd up.
I was hoping for more of a Test Drive Unlimited thing where you have a giant ass place to free roam, tons of roads, and always online with other people. This didn't look that big from the in game map, he said there's only like 70 events in the game, and there's nothing but AI drivers.
Test Drive Unlimited had its issues, but there was an insane amount of roads on the entire island of Oahu, and TDU2 added Ibiza on top of that. There were so many roads that they had achievements for driving on all of them. The in game map Jeff was moving around on didn't give off the same scope, just a bunch of long winding rural roads.

I'll just ignore any idiocy and talk about the game:
I can't believe the player models in PES still look so terrible. The one in FIFA are way better. Those frame rate issues during gameplay are also terrible. As far as I know FIFA has some as well, but not during gameplay. Judging by both demos I think FIFA also feels better. I really don't know why anyone would choose PES at this point.
Plenty of reasons, including that player movement and ball physics are better in PES. Just read the 9/10 Eurogamer reviews of both games to see that they are both good this year.
I have read it and if I was in the market for a football game I still don't know why I should pick PES.
