The Giant Bomb Quick Look Thread 2

Bacon, mayo and tomato?

BMTMicro is one of the oldest digital distribution services. They started out as a BBS selling full versions of shareware for companies. They are still living in the 90s as far as customer service goes. If there is a credit card a mistake, you have to prove it wasn't you or the vendor and then, they will forget to fix it. Most of the time I'm sure they are a good company. I had one too many issues to deal with them anymore.

25 hours, that's nothing... I'm sure he's spent quadruple that on Borderlands.

It will never show up on steam, ever.

So go buy it on their website if you want to get it/support them. :)
Why? Soldak has Depths of Peril and Din's Curse on Steam, why not Drox, too?

The single player stuff looked alright, but I'm hoping Ryan was just not picking up on some sort of meaningful benefit to fighting the little guys on the map. Surely they aren't just there for the heck of it. Patrick sounded like he should have been the one giving the quick look through most of the video. He was getting some good questions, influences from other media/games, and general enthusiasm for the game I wasn't particularly expecting from him towards this game.

Patrick laughing at Ryan's misery in multiplayer was hilarious. I would have been doing even worse than Ryan, so I can't give him any grief for that. The complete insanity looked like a lot of fun, but some of that chaos can get annoying in other games. I suppose it would really depend on how it works over an extended time, for me.

I'm definitely going to be picking this up at some point, and I'm glad it turned out looking like as much fun as it did.

By killing a hundred dudes on the map you unlock a multiplayer skill depending on which location / campaign you are on. They are also good for building up some rampage meter and bringing weapons into missions.

five minutes in and i'm already seeing the world class storytelling and gameplay that got The Elder Scrolls™ V: Skyrim an award as Giant Bomb's Game of the Year 2011

Keep watching and you can see what detractors are talking about.

Sleepy Dawgs is funny all the way through. These identical dungeons are a huge turn off

Oh Christ, GAF needs to get over its own hatred for Skyrim for two seconds and accept the absurd fact that there are people who do, in fact, like it.

Seriously, let it go already.

I don't know who this "GAF" guy is, but I don't hate Skyrim.

Sorry you're so angry about people not thinking it's perfect.
