I have never been a big fan of RTZ, but I think the issue is he always dictates how/who he plays. He's very skilled, but Puppey and in the past PPD always drafted lineups for him--we even saw it earlier with EE on fucking Batrider. RTZ is good, but all teams have to do is punish his greed and Secret can never recover. I think if Secret brought in a dedicated Mid player (someone on par for like S4 or even went back to w33) they would be a stronger team. Bulba does great in the offlane, I think he works well with the rest of Secret.
EDIT: Tinfoil hat theory -- If Secret doesn't win this TI they drop either RTZ or EE, move whomever is left back to be a full time mid, and let Aui play Pos 1. I think it might work for them.

They should keep Bulba. He's working really well with them. I've heard PLD is very close with EE, so odds are if he left Secret PLD might follow. I also don't see Dendi leaving Na'vi. If he hasn't left at this point, odds are he's gonna be a lifelong Na'vi player.

Could work. RTZ or EE on EG would work for them. It's hard to see Fear retiring when he's still playing so well. I think switching to Pos 4 actually made him a better Pos 1 player...

Dude is team poison. A great singular talent but it's pretty clear he doesn't know how to work hard to build a team.

Yuck...
He switched so they could bring in RTZ. Aui and PPD didn't get along because Aui questioned PPD's drafts a lot and it annoyed him (but hilariously was when EG's drafts were the most on point). It had the added effect of being less stressful on his arm.

It's kinda funny with RTZ. I remember the last time he was on Secret it was similarly often the case that RTZ is busting ass in the games whereas EE's mostly clowning around. Though EE's performance in this particular game was actually solid.
