Love watching the group stage of TI, seems like you get the craziest games and largest upsets as teams just try all sorts of strats.

Team Secret vs. MVP game 2 is still the best game so far, but that OG vs. Wings was one of the most shocking comebacks yet!

They are playing about half as well as they did in Wild Cards. EG stomped them, Wings stomped them, and Na'vi beat them in 18 minutes after dropping 1 game to them.

Often times it's simply team with better lategame holding out well enough. The meta seems great at the moment.

Yeah and they were long last year.
There is the short games but most have been 30+. The comeback gold and xp is still to high. But that's more of a personal opinion.

Group stages were 54.5 minutes in TI5, 46.4 minutes TI6.

I think that's fine.
