The last time you died in a game is how you will die in real life

I died in the recreation of the opening scene of Raiders of the Lost Arkansas in the new Indiana Jones game.

Fell into the pit trying to jump across because I knew Dr Octopus was going to betray me otherwise.

Ejecting on a non-atmospheric world and probably died like Schwarzenegger in Total Recall in MechWarrior 5.

Some big monster will beat me to death.
But Tifa and Aerith will be there:

Got shot by an enemy inhibitor at their base while trying to get a pentakill in the most disrespectiful and dumb way.

Giant praying mantis octopus thing sliced the shit out of me and ate my head. And I was wearing denim hotpants.

(Slitterhead)

I died on black ops 6 multiplayer, I don't remember how but I imagine it involved being shot up or blown up. 💀💀💀

Something to do with Nazis, a stick of dynamite and an NPC who blocked a doorway. It saved after I threw the dynamite.......So that was fun.

Pushed my luck in symphony of the night by not saving regularly enough.

Killed by a floating book in the library.

Well, just like many of you here, a bunch of nazis beat me to death. Considering the way the world is going, this specific future demise seems totally possible.

The closest I've come to dying in a video game recently is failing a puzzle in Professor Layton.

Which might be worse than death, for all I know. Dude always sounds so disappointed when you get it wrong.
