I did all the shrines and ended up with about 160 seeds when I was done. A lot of seeds are just off the beaten path and are rewards for exploration. I'm going through trying to get more seeds now. I'm not sure if I'll get all 900. I kind of want to play other stuff now.

Anyone know where I can find Warm Safflina? I got one hint saying the Gerudo area. Been exploring it but can someone give me a hint on its location within that province using the tower as a reference point.

Restless crickets. Need ten of them, where? For some reason I have a hard time finding them.

Cut some grass mang.

I think there are some at the great fairy location in the desert.

Rain should only cause slipping if you try to jump upwards. Having to wait for rain to pass, especially as it extinguishes camp fires, is pretty ridiculous. I'd much prefer if rain just meant to have to traverse more slowly and carefully.
I like the fact that you have to adapt, but since this game is 50% rain, I have to agree with you. Even doubling the speed of the stamina meter would have been better.

GASP! :O

I REALLY need that wooden shield with the cross on it now.
Jesus that tunic is SO PRETTY and fits Link's design SO WELL. I'm buying the amiibo.

It kills me that there isnt one.

That would break the mechanic. A potion to climb on slippery surfaces would be great.

The game doesn't scale bosses so you might want to try Ganon before you're too OP.
You can always come back and complete what you didn't finish after beating it because the last save is just before Ganon and will not take in account if you beaten it.
OK thanks !
The sidequests are pretty fun though. Last game where I had as much fun with them was The Witcher 3

while it would be cool to have those historic costumes, I already know I will never use them since I'm always dressed with something that give some kind of bonus... my casual attire is climbing bandana, climbing shirt and armor leggings (because I have no idea where the climbing boots are)

So I finished A gift for my Beloved

Don't I get to see the outcome of the two lovebirds? Or well, only the boy basically, hahaha.

The dialogue made me actually laugh out loud. This was so good.

Meanwhile that poor fool on the heartbreak one back east in the mountains... ain't nobody ever coming there.

One of the shrines. I want to say east side of mt Lyanru (low altitude not up high) or it's one of the shrines on the lower east side of the map. Possibly one the island ones

they should have gave us two options

1)use some chu-chu jelly (which is already pretty underutilised) and monster parts to make a sticking gel that you can use to climb under rain.

2)make you use a korok leaf to protect a campfire from rain in case you have enough space to make one

I think it was one of the shrine quests. Something about some trees.

But how am I suppose to fill my compendium?
once an image is added to the compendium you can cancel it from your storage and it stays in the compendium.

does completing the compendium give you anything? do you need to scan the bosses too? because if so I can't do that anymore

I've been told that there is a way to acquire boss pictures from someone in the game.

Yes bosses count as well.

It's basically the scan function from metroid prime.

Yep but I didn't have much dialogue anymore...

after I had given him the ten crickets he said he was gonna look for the rest. There is nothing are this? Because I slept one full day on my house to see if things had changed.

And yep, that guy at that pond. One really cool detail is if you zoom in on the map you actually see that the pond is a shape of a broken heart.

Oh wait I mixed up the sidquests. There is one where there is a pond that is not broken in two. That's the one I had in mind.
Meanwhile this dope. Yeah good luck to him ever finding a nice lady.

I think I might have encountered a glitch and duplicated one of my weapons but I'm not sure. How many weapon slots does the game start with? (Ps don't tell me how to upgrade these, I want to figure it out on my own).

I could've sworn I only had 7 weapons to start but now I show 8 and 4 of one particular weapon I dropped and quickly picked back up (could've sworn I only had three before).

How difficult is the final confrontation with Ganon? I feel like I'm pretty prepared after finishing the four Divine Beasts and having explored most of the world. I have the Master Sword and have some armour upgraded to level 2.

I just don't want to be too overpowered so that Ganon is a pushover but I also don't want to stop exploring.

Finally finished the game after almost 2 weeks of playing.

best Zelda game and a solid 9/10

It had the potential to be the absolute best game this gen, but major and smaller complaints dropped from 9.5 or more to 9 for me.

Still GOTY 2017 until
Persona 5 comes out.

Hahahahaha that's hilarious.

I'm thinking of doing a quick run to the castle for the very same reason. I don't need to know exactly where, but was it difficult to find?

I found it pretty quick (I didn't go in through the front door), main thing to keep in mind is that you'll want to be prepared to fight for it.

I like how open puzzles are, but sometimes I wonder what the intended solution would be.

There was this specific chest in a Shrine that was too high to be reached, and gliding would stop me very short from getting to it. Instead of obsessing over different ways to reach it I just use Magnesis to knock it off of its platform with another chest that I could actually use Magnesis with. Granted, it is not the most elegant solution, so I'm not sure that is how I was supposed to do it, but it works (and the reward was only an Opal, so it was actually good I didn't spend time with it).

Any Wii U players rebuying and replaying on Switch when they're more readily available (LOL)?

I think I may since I love this game and wanna try different types of runs plus DLC.

Also, I've been playing on my Wii U Gamepad Off TV play and this game does really well portably

Its kind of a victory lap if you do all the Divine Beasts. You should be more than ready.

61 shrines done, officially over halfway. I don't want them to end!

I also finished the Captured Memories quest.
I was really intrigued by a lot of the scenes. Coupled with Zelda's diary, the relationship between Link and Zelda, and Zelda's character as a whole, is quite fascinating and something I didn't expect. Link's "death" is a bit underwhelming though. He just kind of flops over. It was pretty amazing to find out that the Guardian graveyard next to Hateno is basically all Zelda's doing. That was one of the most striking areas early in the game for me.

I will be, I think, but not until sometime in the summer and/or close to the end of the summer when I have some money to spend and there's more games out for the system.

I've done over 80 Shrines and I think I've finally found one that I just can't solve. The one in the
Korok/Lost Woods
. I stared at that wall for 5 minutes and I still don't know what to do with those balls.

Finding the
Blupee Horse
was definitely a highlight in this game for me. Although
Blupees
in general are overrated. Those things give you like 20 rupees total. I have the
monster sadle
, can I register it with that?
