have they made any lord of the rings keychains yet?
I just cant get into the ssd, it looks awesome but I can't handle all that grey. The death star is tempting though, I'd love to get it and put it away for when the kids are older but I know by that time it be worth a lot more unopened.
Its an awesome play set though, I usually avoid those kind if sets.
yea, very nice
whats the building on the far right end, must be a moc too?!
the winchester?
New World of Warcraft Mega Bloks sets arriving in the hands of reviewers.
Quality looks quite good. Wondering about the pricing, looks like it will be quite high
Stormwind looks easily $200+
I remember wanting that set when I was a kid. I never got it, thoughI remember the Paradisa sets, I really liked the curved bay windows.
have a quick question for those who have the Black Pearl, are some of the big ship pieces not inside a plastic bag? just wondering
For the WoW series, every set should include an in-game loot codes for pets and mounts. That stuff would sell faster than they could make it and they could charge whatever they want.

Oh man, that WOULD sell like hot cakes. That's a stupidly good idea, but it would never pass...I don't think???
Some really awesome stuff is starting to show up on the EuroBricks Modular Madness contest. This house is nuts on the inside:

I'm not sure if the Minecraft set will be limited to 10,000 or not. Someone from CUUSOO posted on the brickset article and claims more will be made.

I just finished my first ever MOC! I got one of the LEGO Store grand opening sets, but I didn't want to open it; so I decided to make a mini-modular sized model of it instead!

I based it off of the pictures in the Eurobricks review of the 3300003 set. Maybe someday I'll make a 2x2 sticker of the LEGO logo, but for now I will make due with the approximation I put together.
If you mean the large hull pieces, they didn't come in a bag. The masts, however, should all be together in the same bag.
Holy shit. That is incredible. And I love how he uses so few pieces to get such implied detail on much of it. I think my favorites are using a crossbow for the top of a scale, and how he uses an upside down turban for a wrapped up baby. That is some amazing work.As far as original city modulars go, nothing comes close to Mercy General City Hospital for me. This guy came up with the ingenious idea of vignettes that slide in and out of the rooms. Lego needs to adopt that idea ASAP. I'm impressed that he built a giant, fully realized hospital that can be rearranged into various configurations too.

In case anyone else is interested in the 7292 4th build, Lego emailed the instructions to me:Hmm, that's where I was and the Propeller Adventures is the set I was looking at, but still just has the 2 pdfs. It shows it on pg 59 of the 1st pdf.
I noticed the bonus instructions in other sets, so I guess they just don't have one for this one. I sent them an email.

Not sure how come it's not linked off their instruction page.
Man, some of those are really good!Classic movie scenes reenacted in miniature LEGO

The use of the mini-fig torso on the Enterprise is genius!

Yup, the 2nd and 3rd aren't interesting to me at all, although the main build is cool and I'm glad I bought it. Currently using most of the parts in my open-air imperial walker (took the open air tank I posted before and made legs from a Bionicle I picked up for cheap and added more guns; will post pics eventually).Yeah I found that a while ago, had to ask around for it though. I think it's one of those that needs a Lego CLUB code or something silly to unlock. That 4th model looks more interesting than the 2nd and 3rd to me
Not sure if this is news or not, but my Wal-Mart is stocking a few of the Monster Fighters sets now. Their website doesn't have them listed, but I saw the Swamp Creature, The Mummy, and Vampyre Hearse sets today.

You're not kidding. Wow.

If I'm eye-balling it right, each red floor should be the height of the second floor of the fire brigade, give or take a stud. It seems to be about as tall as 4 of those floors, the fire brigade is about 3 not including the bell, with the bell they should be about the same height give or take a bit. (bottom is 1.5, top is .5 and the second floor is 1 obviously since it's our scale)I love the exterior, I wonder how tall it is compared to a regular modular.
where can i get that phone-brick? i hope it is not custom![]()
The decal/print is custom on it, but otherwise it's a smooth flat 1x2 placed on top of a 1x2 wedge (not sure what to call it, but I can picture the piece in my head).
Edit: Here, this:
