I managed to convince all the residents that the ghouls could live in the tower, now everyone (well, almost) is happy in the tower now, but Tenpenny is nowhere to be found, and Roy Philips the ghoul seems to know something when I ask him about Tenpenny. Is he dead? Is he important or related to any other quest?
If any of you have not done the Tenpenny Tower quest yet, I would suggest saving at the very start of it because it ends in a way you did not originally plan if you try a neutral solution.
If you try the neutral way, where you convince the humans to live with the ghouls, the ghouls end up killing the humans anyways. If you have a key to the basement(I didn't), I think you'll find all the bodies there. If you question the ghouls about the basement, they don't care. It's lonely as hell after that. Only 3 of them vs 20+ people originally living there.
Screw the Ghoul mask reward and just kill the Ghouls. Provoke them so you don't incur negative karma.

Also, I think I killed the overseer in vault 101 in the beginning of the game, does that mean I won't get to do the Trouble on the homefront quest?
