Nocow is definitely right up your alley. Ruins Tape is just amazing. Lost in Taiga is another great one.
He's always posting great tracks on his Soundcloud via Facebook. His earlier stuff is more techno than ambient/future garage whatever. I have a feeling he's found his sound now, but definitely check him out.
I think he has a bandcamp page as well.
Also be sure to check out burials new EP 'Truant' if you haven't yet. That goes for everyone.

Only person I actually rememeber/Knew was Jack frost because he played his little jingle over just about every tune. He did play Mr Happy and some good Jungle though.
