Herbert, man, Herbert. Such a class act. So glad I got the 2xCD album, too. There's only one copy up on Discogs, and it's the promo version. A new copy is going for $420 on Amazon, holy fuck.

Dark Sky is playing with Justin and Eamon of Mister Saturday Night this Saturday... I don't know what to do this weekend. Between that, Daniel Bell, Green Velvet... Ben Klock on Friday... I am in quite the pickle.

And Kymbo, thanks for those Flight Facilities mixes! Some really choice cuts in there, excited for that.

Anyone got any "old" tunes that are kind of Swamp 81 sounding?
Stuff that wouldnt be out of place in a Boddika, Joy Orbison, Klose One, Dusky etc etc kind of set.

Im kind of bored of allways havning "new" stuff to play that everyone knows as I imagine there is alot of old that bangs that people arnt aware off.

Such as:
KMA Productions - Cape Fear (1996)

This is my most recent tune I like alot

After all the random name-dropping of Bobby Champs, I figured I needed to check his music out. Not bad, not bad at all! "Drag Queen" and "Latte" are fat, but zomfg at "Mint 400". Heavy as heeeell, love that Blawan-styled warehouse techno.

Yeah I got it up and running, probably in the worst way: Deck>mixer (with pre amp built in)>home cinema amp. But whatever it played.

I was like a little kid running from the front room to my bedroom thinking
"What record do I play first!?"

First song took 7 tries to finish as the amp has a built in "safety" feature that shuts it down if the volume/bass gets to high and the tune I was playing first is stupidly bassy haha

Had it running for about an hour just constantly, going to go through all my stuff tomorrow as its my day off.
