Also, Katamari Damacy was all OVER the damn place. Not only was video shown, it was (the only marginally funny) part of the "Failed Celebrity Voice Acting Auditions" clip.

I'd love to give you a complete list/summary but they blew through the game awards so fast I didn't even realize they gave any out. I guess they needed to devote as much time possible to West Side Story....err, I mean Def Jam opening number.

Sorry, but we're beaten to death day in and day out with rap music and culture. I have no problem at all with "black" people. I DO have a problem when said culture is forced unto the viewership of an awards show that doesn't immediately claim to be rap-run.
I suppose that Snoop Dogg's presence should have alerted me to the fact that the show would be rap-dominated, but come on... viewers were beaten over the head with it (and its associated 100 censored swear words) for the first ten minutes!
It's the culture that I have a problem with... not the race. Check yourself before levelling such general observations.

Ok, so that's 4 right there, with the first two being pretty tame and initially complimenting Vince Neil. And I believe the last comment of yours, the one that is most strongly worded, is in regards to Snoop singing along with Motley Crue.
See, I can appreciate not liking rap, in fact I'm not terribly fond of it myself, but I'm not going to feel personally assaulted when an already low brass awards show chooses hip hop as its main theme. A normal person may make one post voicing their displeasure in choice of themes, fine, no real harm in that, but you've gone far away above and beyond the call of duty. I mean do you really find it SOOO offensive? Just look at the vile and disgust that show through in your words.
And the whole point is, I don't even think you see it yourself you're blissfully ignorant of your own subconscious bias. Maybe now you can examine yourself a little bit more honestly.

That show was utter bullshit. And yes, the hiphop coat of paint made it worse. It was just sloppy and clearly intended for those viewers that don't know any better.
