I wouldn't blame Dana for trying to get rid of him if this turns out to be true.

Karo isn't as relevant as he used to be, especially in the face of the new casual mainstream that has allowed the sport to skyrocket.

Not too long now. I'm more excited about this than the damn Super Bowl. Lots of food and beer tonight! Good thing about being in Hawaii is that you can watch all the major sporting events in the afternoon and still have ample time to get wasted later. Awesome!

Man, I really like GSP, but I hope BJ destroys him.

I'm going to a "bacon party" tonight at a friends place and a me and a buddy are huge UFC fans and are ordering the fight there......

Tonight combined with the Superbowl tomorrow is going to leave me in pretty bad condition come Monday :lol

GSP is good but BJ is a fucking prodigy. GSP will not beat BJ standing. GSP will not be able to takedown BJ Penn. GSP will not do damage on the ground to BJ. The only way I see GSP winning is by decision. The problem is that gives BJ Penn 25 minutes to knock GSP out, or sub him. Everyone thinks BJ will gas. He did not have to cut weight for this fight. BJ's cardio will be top notch. BJ will knock out or sub GSP in the 3rd round.

P.S. Freddy Roach said BJ is the best boxer in MMA. Anderson Silva said BJ is p4p the best. He said no to Fedor and GSP. BJ trains with All-American wrestlers. And trains with the LEGENDARY Sergio Cunha of Chutebox fame for eight months!

Lyoto Machida vs Thiago Silva

Machida is too fucking elusive. I really want to see him get knocked the fuck out. If Thiago Silva can do it, I will jump out of my seat. I doubt it though. Machida by decision.

Stepan Bonnar vs Jon Jones

I'm going to go for the upset here. I didn't like how Bonnar looked at the weigh in and it is such a long lay off to get back into fighting. Jones by KO in the 1st round.

Karo Parisyan vs Dong Hyun Kim

WTF is wrong with Karo. And this is coming from a big Karo Parisyan fan! He looked like he didn't want to be there at the weigh in and he was pudgy. Yeah, yeah, I know this isn't a body builidng competition but he did not look good at all. I hope Karo can pull a win out but I am changing my pick to Stun Gun!

Nate Diaz vs Clay Guida

This will be my next favorite fight on the card. Two of my favorite LWs in the division. Guida will bring that relentless pace that he always brings. And Nate will stay repping "209." I see this fight going to the 2nd or 3rd round with Nate subbing Guida off his back by ummmm... triangle choke! NATE "209" DIAZ!

Jon Fitch vs Akihiro Gono

Jon Fitch will win this fight easy. Ugh. I hope Gono wins tho.

Thiago Tavares vs Manny Gamburyan

This is another toss up fight. I am going with Manny because I think Tavares's stand up skills is garbage. His bjj is amazing tho but I think Tavares will have a lot of trouble trying to take down Manny.

I know Penn got the better of GSP in the feet in the first fight but I don't see it playing out the same way this time, and I also expect GSP to be able to take and keep BJ down. TKO due to strikes rd 3.

It will play out like all of Machida's fights. Thiago will chase Machida will get the decision.

Stephan Bonner vs Jon Jones
I don't expect him to have much trouble.

Nate Diaz vs Clay Guida
I expect Guida to take Diaz down and get sumbitted.

I'm picking BJ for the upset. I think he can KO GSP on the feet or maybe take his back and sub him. The only thing I'm afraid of is the fight sort of playing out like the first one, where GSP gets some take downs and wins a narrow decision.

Most likely Machida will win this fight via decision by being "elusive". I hope Silva KOs this guy, I'm tired of Machida coming out and outpointing his opponents. It would be an epic night to see his bandwagon go down like the Titanic.

Why do people say this? Do they know this is a rematch? Do they know GSP took Penn down at will their first fight?

Nate doesn't have enough time right now to win the way he wants to. He should have played it safe and just used that reach to milk the win.

This is probably over unless he gets a sub which is definitely possible.

Tough fight to call. I think Nate had the more effective offense. Guida was on him in better position through the fight though but didn't do much damage.

Oddly enough I would give it to Nate.

What a fucking shitty ass loss for Diaz. I'll give credit to Guida for basically doing what he needed to do to ink out the decision, but Diaz lost that fight more than Guida won it.

I think he was just too afraid of Diaz's submission skills - with good reason.

Guida was fighting this fight to get to the title fight so I can see why he was so hesitant to risk GnP with Diaz.
