The game is 110 GB, probably won't fit into the Xbox 50 GB BDs.

Playstation and Nintendo first party games, and many other Playstation single player titles including those from Rockstar are perfectly playable without the day one patch. Xbox simply can't understand the value of physical releases of single player games that can be played without any issues without installing day one patch.
