True, but i dont see why it change the fact that Tekken 5 DR PSN version shouldnt be listed as a PS3 game. To take another example, Doom 1 or 2 (or maybe both) excist for alot of systems, i.e GBA. Since its basicly a port, does that mean that Doom isnt a game for the GBA?

Maybe i wouldnt put "PSN only" games on the same like as retail PS3 games, but i do consider stuff as i.e Super Stardust HD, PixelJunk Monsters and Pain as PS3 games as well, eventhough they are smaller games and are only avalible through PSN.

Had to comment on this first of all Wii the F*&KING Wii my daughter has had one for just
over a year novelty has started to wear off plays it every couple of weeks plays the PS3

The 360 has had the benefit of being out longer and being easier to program for THATS the only reason MP'S have looked better but as COD4,BURNOUT and a few others have shown its DOWN TO TALENT not the hardware the PS3 is a great machine in the right hans but up to now a lot of publishers have employed FANNIES!!!!(means some different in the UK all USA users) to work on the PS3 versions.
Anyway would rather see a dozen AAA titles a year from people like,INSOMNIAC,N DOG
INGOGNITO,PD etc than the CRAP turned out by

If you want to play that game a lot of the great 360 games are on the PC or PS3, or they will be eventually. The only ones I can think of that aren't or won't are Forza, PGR, Dead Rising, Ace Combat 6, and Crackdown.

its a personal choice. I had a 360, the red rings forced me to sell it all off. I have since bought a ps3 and have about 13 games (not including my GTA4 and MGS4 pre-orders). 360 may have a bigger line up of games, but i chose to play the ones i really wanted to hang onto on my pc (bioshock and gears) and with the piece of mind that the system im playing these games on works and does not suffer from poor design.

Some people i know live by their 360, and thats fine. I live by my ps3, i love the interface, i love the user created content and multimedia interactivity in it and I love the games (currently am playing ratchet which is one amazing game). why are there people forcing their system on others though(this isnt religion)?

It's true to some degree though.

I only just picked up a PS3 and I probably wouldn't have if it wasn't for the my horrible experience with faulty and unreliable 360ies. But let's face it, Resistance is no Gears of War and personally I've always felt that Forza handles a lot better than Gran Turismo (hope they change it some for 5). It had a lot of disappointments too (Heavenly Sword, Lair, Motorstorm, mediocre crap like that).

On the bright side, MGS4 is coming, I have very good hopes for the new Ico game and Uncharted is fucking awesome. Apart from that I feel a lot better not paying for online games, so all 3rd party stuff is superior on the PS3 as well (in my eyes). Anyway, I'm hoping it's going to pick up for the PS3 games wise in 2008. I have no intention of going back to the 360.

Every console has enough games at this point to justify a purchase really. If you own a 360, I can see why a PS3 might not be the best buy right now if you're not interested in the exclusives.

To be honest though, I only really got the 360 to play Halo 3. Pretty much every 360 'exclusive' I want to play comes out on PC too, which I prefer to use.

It really depends on the person's situation. They all have games though, and as a general statement it's now a poor argument.

To be fair, the PS3 is doing better this year already. The media has changed their outlook on it, people are buying the system AND they're buying games for it. You can't deny that the system IS gaining momentum that will be furthered by GT5, MGS4, and GTA4 in the next couple months.
