Can someone tell me how MGS3 went? MGS2 put me off the series somehow and I would like to know if it's still silly movie length cut scenes and what happens. In about 4 lines if anyone could do it. Completely ruin everything for me ending and surprise wise please. I don't think I hate it, it's in my house and I could play it, but it just seems like it would take so LONG.

The cutscenes are not nearly as long and convoluted as MGS2. It's one of the best PS2 games ever. You really should play it!

Naked Snake is sent on a mission to kill The Boss, his old mentor who has turned against the US government, and her partner in crime the evil lightning charged communist General Volgin. He does and then finds out The Boss wasn't really evil, it was all part of the mission set up by the manipulative group of American leaders called the Patriots. Naked Snake is promoted and becomes Big Boss, but is now pissed at the government. The end.

Fayt, Sophia, and Maria were guinea pigs of their parents, for the sake of saving their universe. Turns out their universe is just a videogame. The game's creator decides to wipe it out. Sophia opened up the gate that allowed the party to travel to the real world to stop the ppl from destroying the game.

The party reaches Zanarkand and found out there's no aeon there. The high summoner(yuna) has to choose one of her companion to become the final Aeon. And the two will then go on to defeat Sin. But Sin will always come back, because the final aeon will turn into the next Sin. That is why Jecht is Sin, because he was Braska's final aeon years ago. Tidus refuses to let his companions die if Sin's gonna come back anyway.

Auron reveals his actually an unsent.

You'll find out Tidus doesn't exist. He's not a time traveler of Spira. He's actually a memory dreamt up by the fayths based on ppl in the past. After the defeat of Sins, all the Fayths are gone, taking Tidus with them. Auron is also sent.

Yuna is later seen whistling towards the ocean. You'll then see Tidus reborn.
