Same as benches and everything else. They show as a sign and you bring it to where you wanna build it and press SQUARE to use it!

You can buy one at one of the vendors, don't recall which. If you've talked to the vendors he'll give you access to black market, push up on the d pad and buy from black market. You have to use freeman dollars for the black market.

This reminds me. On the first play, near the end, I got stuck at the waiting line of Department of Labor for what felt like forever even though there was nobody else around. I assume it was a bug? I waited there for what felt like forever and ended up giving up and doing other stuff.

Now Dylan, I cant log back into this game!!!!! I booted the beta around 7:45PM and played the intro. Made it into a random town I guess and since it was full, I went to try another one. While doing that, I got DC'd and now I can log back into the beta....WHATS GOING ON???

You have to find the euipment vendors in your town.

Tried to build a townhall, took ages to collect all the resources and then as I was doing the puzzle to build one I got stepped on by the giant godzilla monster... what are the odds of that!?

Looking at the previous pages it seems to be a common issue - workaround is to use a dummy account and start from scratch. CBA to do that so off to play RL instead

In a town with no Ministry of Labour, and my equipment has run out. Can't mine the resources necessary to craft the Ministry as I have no equipment. Seems like a dead end? All I can do is run around at the moment. Other people can collect of course, but people are spending the resources we need.

So completely lost. How on earth do I build a residence? It keeps telling me I need to have a residence to vote, and I'm pretty sure I already have a permit, but I have zero idea of what to do next. Where's town hall? What does it even look like? Is it like a Ministry of Labour? Does it say Town Hall on the floor next to it like the Ministry does? Do I need to go there to build a residence?
