Basically it works like this, anyone can say you commited a crime but, if the evidence doesn't pan out then you get a pat on the back and you are good to go. That's what happened. Toker however is still in a bit of hot water. Because Matlock is his in his chain of command so until he can get that all sorted out then we are at square one. They did some real illeagl stuff to Toker and he is going to pretty much eat his chain of command alive.

Yeah if you did you would be "trying to be white" MacGuyver. I doubt they would let you know but is Matlock going to be brought up on charges of any sort. It sucks that a guy could go out of his way to screw someone for a non business related purpose and yet walk away clean from this. If anything you and the other guy should catch his ass in the shower and intoduce him to the back end of a toilet plunger.

Exactly unless the US of A want's to press charges on a false claim then they could but, they would have to prove it was done with mailice. Either way I was collateral damage.

They are both stateside, now. With Toker they did stuff that was no-doubt illegal and a lot of people in his chain of command are going to have to pay for it. They know they have no case and want to give him non-judicial punishment so they can keep it within his unit. However he is going to refuse the punishment so it will go straight to court-marshall.

Hell what I got on him is a drop in the bucket for what Toker has on him. Toker has already gone to his Congressman and Senator with documentation. Again I wasn't who they were trying to get. They tried to fuck Toker.

As far as I know he hate me becasue I'm "cool" with Toker but, truth be told everything I wrote about Toker was unknown to Toker. Heck, I didn't know the guy had a problem with me till I had two NCIS agents bearing down on me.

Toker is of a lower rank than Matlock and probably 202020020 times as bright. Matlock was a poor leader and didn't know how to motivate Toker. Toker wrote about him on his blog he didn't like it and tried to fuck him. His story only made sense if I was complicit in this nefarious deed.

Bottom line he was a retard.

I'm here in Iraq as an observer and I collect performance data (metrics) on the Command and Control systems my company designed. At the time I had three months of data collected on sites all over Iraq. With my computer and memory devices gone I had no way to do my job. Thankfully my company was understanding about the situation but still I was here potentally for 3 to 4 months without a computer or anything to collect my data. I had various automated scripts that I had generated to collect my data as well as notes on how to service parts of the system. Without that information I was pretty much dead weight.

The thing that pissed me off truth be told is that the troops here in Iraq the real troops the ones going out and fighting the battle depend on me and people like me to get that data processed and make changes in the system so the War can run smoothly. When I don't get it right there is a potential that someone's child doesn't make it back to the states.

That is my priority and why I'm here so these guys can make it back home in one piece. Unfortunately he didn't take this war as seriously as I do.
