And 13 years later he still got the award. Maybe he grew and changed? Or standard practices up to the 70's in New York City were finally removed? I suspect Trump, if he had any direct input into the 'policy', saw it purely as a business decision to appeal to the white renter that was his primary client and would be less likely to rent in a building with "colored folk" or whatever they were called at the time. Was it wrong? Sure. Was it based around a hatred of black people? Unlikely.

Hell, Carnival Cruise lines is doing a somewhat similar thing RIGHT NOW. Not to mention a whole lotta "this is a space where white people aren't welcome" stuff. Racially based decisions are extremely common.

If the video is of folks in common areas partying or just coming and going out of doors, then it would be slanderous to release it and say "hey look, there is Clinton standing there with his arms tightly wrapped around a 16 year old girl while they listen to Coldplay" and then imply they banged afterwards. Just hugging a girl (with her consent) isn't illegal. But unless she is willing to testify that yes, they did bang, then the implication that the hug led to sex would be VERY difficult to prove in court, despite how obvious it may seem to us. And the government should ONLY be in the business of taking things to court, not trying to destroy the public character of people with implied 'evidence', IMHO.

If its actual sex, the it would also be difficult to release because the girl is underage, all that stuff would have to be redacted or masked in which case it becomes a video of a guy having sex with a pixelated blob that could be anyone/thing. This was the Hunter Biden photo defense, that the girls (aka his niece) were underage so they couldn't be released, yet if that were true then isn't that illegal? Then....crickets. It's also how a lot of starlets get their sex tapes scrubbed, but claiming they were underage at the time it was made.

I get what you mean but it's still a bit of a leap without hard evidence. I am no way a Donald Trump fan but as hard as it is to doubt victims on these kind of matter, I do think the weight of the accusation is so heavy their needs to be something of hard proof for me to completely stand behind it.
Look we all know he's a scumbag with questionable actions but he's not an open rapist so I do give him the benefit of doubt

The Democrat party has shifted a lot to. A lot. The world has changed since then.

Donald Trump went wherever the money was. He donated to Hillary. Hillary could easily be a republican, at least a pre trump one. Back in that era, you could be wishy washing on immigration, anti gay marriage, and pro small government and still be a Democrat.
