Brewster got dominated most of that fight I cannot believe the scoring was that close and he won by split decision... what bullshit.

On the other hand Gonzalez never had a chance against Spinks. Corey worked him for 12 straight rounds.

yeah im a bit pissed off about the decision. He got pounded in the 8th round (i think) and was only on his feet because of the ropes.

Heavyweight boxing pretty much sucks today though. That fight was a pretty boring affair except for one or two rounds. The corrupt ending was just the icing on it.

They are bringing back Holyfield to fight Brewster. Brewster sucks so bad a punch drunk Holyfield could probably beat him. I love Holyfield, he's top ten heavy of all time in my book...so in a way I'm happy for him to get that one more chance he wants so bad. Still, he shouldn't be fighting anymore. Too damaged.

Haven't seen the fight, but by most accounts Meehan did enough to win. Got crushed in 32 seconds by Danny Williams three years ago.
