Redmond is 20 minutes outside of Seattle, just hop on either the 520 or I-90 floating bridges and follow the signs to Redmond. MS and Nintendo do not give tours of their facilities, but you might want to try and sign up for a playtest session with Microsoft, you'll get a free game for your time testing out a future title.
Are the golf courses open there yet? Oh how I would love a game of golf right now...
I don't golf, so I don't know for sure, but I saw some guys out on the green in Ballard while I was driving the other day...
