Things you'd like to see in X3

Well, if there's already been a script released, forgive me...but with that notwithstanding, I'd love to see these:

-Obviously the Phoenix/Dark Phoenix saga...which will more than likely be in X3 anyway.
-An appearance of the best Xman ever, Bishop.
-Hugh Jackman and Anna Packquin :)lol however you spell her last name) kissing at least once....I just got tingles watching the first one when he saves her, but you get the feeling they could never be anything due to their age differences...but then again, Wolverine has something for Jean.
-A bit more focus on Cyclops
-A bit more focus on Pyro
-Maybe an appearance from Gambit
-Another Collosus appearance


Ideas, anyone?

More of Collosus, and Kitty Pride would be welcome too. Too bad they made Kitty so damn young in X2.

Some sentinels so they can cut loose with their powers and have a big old slugfest. Hopefully they will do this with the Phoenix though.

Cyclops in the X-Men comics I read in the 80s and early 90s (maybe he's different now) has always been a goodytooshoes bitch. They did make him a little too much of a wuss in X2 (finding the N Sync CD in his car was funny though) but his character in the movies is right on the money. Marsden looks just like him too.

Well 2 was excellent, 1 had some good writing, but some of it was just stupid (like the Senator's mutation and the radiation plot thing) and it had too much wire action.

I'd like to see the IDEA behind Phoenix done RIGHT...premature ascension to full potential, confusion/fear, corruption(this is very important but forgotten), love, courage, and sacrifice.....not some half-assed Psycho Zombie PMS Bitch version.

Sentinels...with no loss of life, blood&gore stuff to worry about, they can cut loose and go f'ing nuts with their powers. Hopefully some TEAMWORK and POWER COMBINATIONS too, all learned in...

THE DANGER ROOM...c'mon you lazy budget starved bastards...dock Halle's paycheck and give me the damn DANGER ROOM.

AND....a real impending threat...which will probably come from Phoenix since it looks like they're going to skip anything good about Phoenix and just go to end of the world Dark Phoenix(boo!), but i'd rather it come from Magneto(cue the Apocalypse jizzboys...it's not gonna happen in the movies). Part one was boring...part 2 he was a reluctant ally...part 3 should be some planetwide EM pulse disaster.

And no new characters if they aren't going to replace existing ones....Rogue was terribly underused in X2.

I agree with this. X2 introduced a bunch of new characters that should continue to be explored, but the core group needs to stay too. Throwing in even more guys would just the thing into a cameo fest and no one would receive any development.

Oh, and ditch Halle Berry. Her behind-the-scenes whining needs to go, and you can free up some more money for good stuff by hiring someone else.

Meh...but if it had to happen, who should play Gambit? Personally i'd go for a shirtless Stephen Dorff, he has the bod and the devilishly handsome looks...but if they try a Rogue/Gambit pairing at all, the age difference would prevent that from happening.

Known superhuman powers: Bishop is a mutant who can absorb kinetic energy directed toward him and project it from his hands in concussive blasts. He possesses the normal strength of a man of his age, height and build who engages in intensive regular exercise.

Bishop is a totally different character now and he is most certainly stoppable. He's probably the crappiest character in Uncanny - he doesn't use his powers anymore, he uses guns.

Definetly more destructive powers. Wolvie slices, Cyclops shoots his laser, Storm has tornado's, and Magneto bends stuff. All very cool, especially seeing Magneto and Wolverine doing what they do best in X2. Also, Nightcrawler was amazing. But they're leaving some out because they can't envision them on screen. Collossus, the Blob, Beast, Juggernaut, someone going nuts using their full strength. We seen peeks to make fans giggle. But I want to see that done right.

Also want to see Phoenix using all her abilities, no shitty special effects. Do the damn sentinels too. Make em like the robots in Sky Captain, that vision of them would work well. I also want to see apocalypse but I can't imagine a director doing him right. Pyro and Iceman were easy pics as their powers could be easily translated. Still, X2 was very good in comparison to the first. Much more daring. Someone just needs to double that effort and make a balls out X-men movie

When coming up with ideas for X-Men movie, you got to think ULTIMATE X-Men and not the regular continuity. Regular X-Men, with possible exception of storytelling before 1998 is too fantastical to make a direct translation onto the big screen.

I agree but I wouldn't mind seeing more of Kitty or Colossus. The Brotherhood could use some beefing up though, maybe adding in characters like Quicksilver, Scarlet Witch, Blob, Avalanche, Gambit or Polaris. I'd still like to see the Hellfire Club show up too.

Who will play Emma though? Nicole Kidman has the right aloofness going for her, plus she's can be intense and/or vulnerable as well. My vote goes to Naomi Watts though, just cuz she's hot, a blond, and can act her tight little ass off (plus the accent). The only thing is she doesn't have any titties. And the White Queen's all about the titties.

Now that's what I'm talking about. Magneto even hinted at it when he said Stryker was the "only other man who can manipulate adamntium". It would set up the solo Wolverine movie perfectly, too.

One thing that bothered me, is there's not enough "bad guy vs entire team".

All of the fights are 1 on 1, and that doesn't seem very x-meny to me.

I want "Magneto" vs "Wolverine, Cyclops, Jeanne, Storm, Rogue", or the other way around "Wolverine" vs "5 Sentinals".

I mean Magneto is supposed to be the strongest mutant, and they've made him such a chump. Same with Xavier, both times he's been out of action.
