Tenet is ranked 6th worlwide:

Some Nolans movies for comparison on opening weekends:

The Prestige - $14.8 million domestic
Tenet - $20.2 million domestic
Dunkirk - $50.5 million domestic
Inception - $62.8 million domestic

Next big movies are WW84 next month and 007 in november.

I love how they had to count 11 days of previews and Canada to get Tenet above 20 million. With a B cinemascore and relatively hostile word of mouth, its second week domestic performance will be fun to watch.
With Covid on the rise in Europe, I don't think WW84 keeps its date.

I really want to see Tenet, but it’s so hard to even break away to the theaters these days even without COVID. It’ll probably be on demand by the end of the month at the rate it’s going.

Good. I haven’t seen a movie in theatres since Sonic the Hedgehog. I’d really like to see Candyman, which still has an October 16th release date.
