I say you're going over to a lady friends house and you're more worried about playing a movie on her PS3 then getting laid.

You're a dick.

I'm probably too late, but I believe if you highlight the flash drive under the video section and press triangle, then hit "display all" it should display the video and let you play it. Otherwise the flash drive will be shown as empty, unless the video has been saved in a folder called "VIDEO." Yeah, it's pretty clunky.

Dude is clearly trying to play porn in the ps3 w/ the lady friend. I applaud him!

does anybody have that picture of the asian kids holding hands, behind another boys back? i think it said OWNED on the bottom

In dire need of help! How do I?

Write a program that declares and initialises an array of 10 elements with your own values. You should:
Check that all values entered are positive; if a negative value is entered it should ask the user for a positive one;
Print all the values of the array on screen on the reverse order (i.e. the last element of the array first, etc)
Calculate and print on screen the average value of all array elements
Calculate and print on screen the square root of every array elements

We didn't end up watching the movie, but good man. Now I don't have to worry about figuring out how to play all that porn we were going to watch.

So I have a monitor on the way that has a VGA, DVI, and HDMI input. However, my cable box only broadcasts in standard defintion, and as a result, it only has the typical RCA as well as an s-video output. So am I screwed?

upgrade your cable box to an HD one. Or get antenna ears for your tv.

My cable company let my upgrade to a HD cable box for free.

Electrician-GAF Assemble!

I'm going to be moving into an old apartment and I noticed that it only had 2-prong outlets. Obviously I'm not just going to put a 2-prong-to-3-prong adapter on them because neither I nor my sensitive electronics would be protected from any kind of surge.

I know nothing about electrical work but here's my questions / proposed scenarios:

1. If I unscrew the covers and I have a bare wire (ground) along with the black and white ones, doesn't this mean that we can just shut off the power to the apartment and then connect 3-prong outlets in place of the existing ones? Or use those adapters I mentioned previously and connect them to the center screw (which should be connected to the ground wire) as they were designed to be? BTW right now it's just an assumption that these things have center screws, I can't remember. They are really old fashioned boxes that are attached externally to the wall and you can see the pipe thing running along the wall from each outlet box.

2. If I only have the black and white wires, then in lieu of an expensive re-wire (which the landlord might not even be willing to do), I could just hook up one of these "GFCI" things I've read about in place of each outlet? From what I understand these are basically outlets that have their own circuit breakers and aren't as good as a real ground but are pretty much "safe enough" not to worry about.

3. If the outlets aren't grounded, is it a violation of code anyway and therefore simply the landlord's duty to get fixed? I'm in Virginia and so far haven't been able to find out if this is the case.

Thanks in advance.

2 prong to 3 prong adapter to surge protector wont protect you from power surges?

One thing I've read already is that a surge still need a ground to work. Otherwise all that power has nowhere to go and it wouldn't be pretty.

Why are computer monitors higher resolution than HDTVs? For example, my 22 inch LCD monitor's native resolution is 1680x1050, but a Samsung 26 or 32 inch HDTV is only 720p. I ask because I want to buy a new TV and also double it as a computer monitor, but the lower resolutions are turning me off.

Your 22" monitor is still 720P which is all that matters for televisions.
If you buy a new TV, the best you can do is 1080P (because that is what televisions target) which would be less resolution than a cool 30" monitor with 2560x1600.

Would this mean that the 26" TV is actually capable of 1680x1050, but is actually just advertised at 720p?

In Dave chappellle's 3 daves skit, whats the name of the music that play in the background whenever its 24 yr old dave appears?

Do you have a link to that on Youtube or something? I can try to use Shazam on the iPhone.

Edit: Watched that clip again, LOL. "She always says I come home smelling like a titty-bar. So the fuck what?!" Shazam didn't work but is acting weird for me.

Question: If a fighter dies of injuries sustained in an officially sanctioned fight (such as a MMA or boxing match), can anyone be held legally accountable and, if so, why?

These people sign wavers obviously. Though if any misconduct was found on the part of the organization (like a ref that wouldn't end the fight when it was clear it needed to end), then certainly there could be trouble.

Where is this from? I've seen some gifs that seem to be from the same video and it's driving me nuts.

Do I have to Reach another set number of posts or Account age?

You have to do something incredible, or incredibly stupid.

How do I clean my LCD screens? I've heard you can just use distilled water or something? Is the microfiber cloth I use on my glasses safe for wiping the screen?
I'm Ron Burgundy?

Why is it that on some forums that have their own search engines they make you enter a string of squiggly letters and numbers to do a search? I know it's for "security" but what exactly are they trying to prevent?

It's probably because it takes a lot of bandwidth to do a search usually and they don't want some bot doing it over and over.
