In a situation like that, let your date/group go ahead of you while you hold the door. That way you still have your correct place in line.

If your entire group waits while you let somebody in, it looks like you're not ready to eat yet and are letting them go ahead of you.

Unless you did the first option, then they just cut in line. That's fucked up. :lol

The extreme libertarian allows child labor, because it apparently restricts the right of a child to work, and it would require government involvement in business (the horror); the idea being that money gotten from the child labor will allow the child's family to be richer, thus eventually allowing the child to be free from child labor if they so wish it.

A moderate libertarian would choose to ban it, instead.

Uh? Yeah? The ideologies are pretty complicated, the Republican Party mainly represents the neo-conservatism brand of right-wing conservatism.

Yeah, for movie movies ~24 fps is pretty standard. Maybe some documentaries or tech demos out there are exceptions, though?
 
I've been wondering about film frame rates for a while, does anyone know of anywhere I can find any samples of something real (i.e. not the moving ball or a video game) at for example 48/60/72fps? I know IMAX HD is 48fps but I don't think there is anything available produced in it.
 
i have a new plasma tv with a new HD cable box. there is a faint, thick lines that travel up on the tv. you can barely see them except when the tv image is bright or dark. it is very annoying and i was wondering if anyone knows what the problem might be?

using component cables.
 
Well, this post is going to be the definition of a stupid question.

And read some reviews. I remember reading a page that recommended two c++ books, one of them being sams teach yourself c++. Now that I went back tot he site to read that page in detail, first time I just copied/pasted the second book (sams) into google to get amazon link, I can't seem to find it. I spend nearly an hour - NEARLY AN HOUR - just clicking every possible link over and over, it's like that page disappeared. or I'm going blind. Or I'm hallucinating and that page was on another website. I tried google website search, nothing.

My question, or request really, is for somebody to put me out of my misery. If somebody can take a look at the page and say yeah there's no such page, guess that means I must have read that somewhere else, or if it's been right there in front of me the whole time I'd really appreciate that link...

Unless your finger smelt like rotting tuna that was left in the sun and covered in mayo that was left outside for a month and pissed in by every stray cat in the neighborhood...then washing your hands once with soap should be more than enough.

How is it that space shuttles can come hurdling back to earth without roasting its passengers alive? On that note, how is it that none of these crafts ever landed in some coastal city or something?


I need help with 360 Command & Conquer 3: Tiberium Wars. Specifically, the controls. How do you select all of one unit? I've looked and looked but only found old school walkthroughs that skip controls entirely.

Happened to me too when I had a HD cable box connected with component, it's signal interference. Happens a lot to with regular cable box. Try to connect it with HDMI if you HD cable box gives you the option.

Because smart people take great cares to try and make sure the heat shielding works properly and they have all the trajectories worked out so they land where they're supposed to? Though it does not always work out--see Columbia.

Man, I couldn't browse without the dozens of added searches I've got up there and the add-on that allows me to search them with highlights and right-clicking. Even makes using my own sites easier. :lol

Is it bad for an automatic transmission to shift as if you were driving a standard? I know someone who does this and I always thought that modern automatics were computerized and he was probably confusing the computer by doing this. Also don't automatics and standards work in very different ways?

Use google. Seriously. When you go to Google, type in site:neogaf.com and then your query after that. Works like a charm.

Now for my question. Should I be spiteful and upload those pictures of my whore of an ex-fiancee to megaupload for anyone in the world to randomly find?

Nope, not harmful. In fact a manual is worse on your tranny because it allows for botched shifts. An auto wont let your down shift if it would send your revs into over rev.

Be a bigger man. I also have a ton of very graphic pics and videos of myself rutting my ex like the whore she is. But outside of a few of my close friends, I wont be showing anybody. If they were stolen from and put out there against my will on the other hand...I really wouldn't care at all.
I had a cellphone full of pics of various female friends in comprimising posititions but I had to erase them after an ex caught a glimpse. But again, I didn't show them to more than a handful of people.

I have a question about the Normandy Landings. We've all seen the Saving Private Ryan, Call of Duty style of reinactments where they land on the beach, all hell breaks loose and eventually beat the Germans back . My question is: where exactly did the Allied troops set off on the transport boats?

I always thought it was from England, so the journey was just across the channel. I was talking to a friend about it today and he said America had aircraft carriers slightly out of German artillery range, so I thought maybe they loaded the troops from the aircraft carriers and onto the transports. Any thoughts?

I did want to add that that evil side of me thought of sending all the pictures and videos to my ex's mother. She is very conservative, a good church going christian who didn't even like her 20 something year old daughter to be sleeping in the same house as me.
I fairly sure she would have had a heart attack, risen from the grave, and then chained her daughter to a tree for the rest of her life.
 
Why the hell, when I plug my ipod into somewhere without Itunes (to charge) the Ipod's folder name is Muhammed? Its name is my real name but not Muhammed! :lol
