I'm having a weird computer problem. Every single site on the internet EXCEPT for GAF is not working. I try to go to google and amazon and they won't even load, I get a 'problem loading page' error.

this is weird, what's happened
 
I was subscribed to the NegroGaf thread. It got merged into the People with skin thread and now it is closed but I still get daily email updates. How do I stop them?

It won't send me e-mails. ):

Go to Subscriptions, select the threads you want to stop getting updates for with the check boxes on the right, then at the bottom there's a drop down menu on the right. "Selected threads: Move to folder..." Change it to no e-mail or instant.

I think they kind of meld together like two round-ish puzzle pieces.

For the bathroom stuff, I would imagine that they probably have to go sitting down with a special order seat that is capable of supporting their buttocks.

Actually, regarding part 2, I work at a hotel and I was speaking with one of the housekeepers recently. She said that a special needs woman was saying at the hotel for several months, and she was so morbidly obese that she couldn't even reach or use the bathroom.
So she'd get out of bed and she would shit all over a large floor mat and the housekeepers would have to go in every day to clean it up. Definitely one of the more vile things that I have ever heard of.

True story.

I finally got my license and I was wondering what's a good small to midsized car to get. I'll probably be buying a car through craigslist.

By default, the Xbox only plays WMV and MPG files. You'll need PS3 Media Server (or an alternative Mac equivalent). From the PMS site (http://code.google.com/p/ps3mediaserver/) it doesn't seem to support FLV, but there should be converters around. A quick Google search came up with this, for instance: http://www.applemacvideo.com/howtoconvert/flvmac/flv-to-avi-mac.html

this is actually a video game question, I have some 1 year old custom FW on my PSP, if I BUY a new PSP game (kingdom hearts) will it automatically install the latest official FW on my PSP or am I stuck with this old custom FW?
 
I''m still having my apostrophe problems :( Normally, when I hit " it would wait with putting it in text, so I could press e and have the e with an accent on it. IT''S GONE. And it''s still messed up sometimes where all of my apostrophes double. when I SHIFT+'', I get "". Boo. Help me GAF.
 
A few years ago there was this music video that was circulating of the Foo Fighter's cover of Prince's Darling Nikki. It was really disturbing and ended with the guy on his bed with his legs cut off. I can't find it anywhere anymore but it was super popular in 2005ish. Anyone know where I can find it?

Other than piracy is there any reason people jailbreak ipod touches? I ask because i hear its all the rage but i cant think of a good reason to void the warranty when im not going to pirate anything :o.

Before the iphone 3.0 update became available on ipod touches I had mine jailbroken. I didn't consider anything I did with it "pirating", it was just the only way to get cool apps on it. I'm not sure what the appeal is now. I guess people don't want to pay the $10 to get the patch, or want to install strange apps that apple won't approve.

I've got a question:

Mickey Mouse is obviously a mouse, but why don't I recall him eating any cheese? Like I don't think I've ever seen a scene with Mickey near cheese.

Mazda3. The gen before this newest gen this year. It ruled it's class.
Runner up is Hyundai Elantra, Hyundai's good quality/reliability and price should be cheap. Nice wave design.

Hondas and Toyota's retain their resale value and nothing is special about their offerings any longer - they're kind of sitting on their success and letting the competition catch up.

You talking used ~$5,000-$10,000? For that I'd say Honda Accord/Civic or Toyota Camry. Think carefully about what you need it for. If you live in a winter state for example you might want a small SUV instead.
 
If you're getting an older used car, I always recommend a Volvo or Volks as a first car, because even the older ones are pretty solid. I crashed my first Volvo and didn't even feel it.

They have assistants. Most Mangaka actually only draw the characters (Important ones, mostly). On average, they have 5 assistants. Work is mainly done over the period of two days, then ink is added, then they come together for story ideas, submit the final chapter to SJ (or whoever their publisher is), rest day, then back to the same routine.

I'm not sure if they've simply stopped selling them where I live (Caribbean) but whatever happened to those duracell batteries with the yellow strips that give a reading on the strength of the battery? Haven't seen any in ages. Are they still sold elsewhere?

I haven't seen those in ages. I live in the states, but as far as I know they've been faded out.
 
WTF is with this "scour" shit popping up when I click links in google? Happens like 1/4 the time and it's annoying. Must have come from porn streams as I don't download much shit.
