This video is stupid. First and foremost, it doesn't quite clearly show it's a croc. At first I thought it was an alligator due to the broadness of the snout, saltwater croc's have a much narrow snout.

Secondly, these are two animals who dominate either spectrums of wildlife, of course the tiger will win on land. As agile as a croc can be on land (especially on mud) it just won't stand up to the agility of the world's biggest cat. If the tiger was going in for a drink by a bank, it'd be dead as soon as the croc saw it 15m away.

As for the hippo, croc and tiger debate - the clear answer is a hippo. Even croc's steer from hippo's, and then you see people try and swim with them :lol

I remember seeing something on Discovery channel about Hippo vs Croc. And the Hippo won. Anybody remember watching them? There was a few vs. animal fights. It was pretty interesting.

Exactly. The croc had a major disadvantage since it was on land. Hell, even pathetic homo sapiens can tackle a croc on land. That tiger would be nothing if it was swimming across some river bank.

As for hippos, dont FUCK with HIPPOS! They'll pretty much tear up anything on land or sea. :lol

That was a croc, which would've owned the tiger in the water. However, if the croc had maaged to get a bite of the more agile tiger, it would've been over for the cat.

I've seen that show. When I read the description of it in my TV guide I thought, sweet! Then i watched it.. totally underhwleming

Interesting video. Lions usually stear well clear of crocs in Africa. Whatever that reptile was it seemed to be at a bit of a disadvantage away from the water and a bit lethargic. Remember that reptiles tire quickly.
