No, there is a file you can download that let's you bypass the date check and play Titanfall on PC.
Risk of getting banned, but most think it unlikely.
I couldn't resist because I work tonight and tomorrow night, this being my weekend off I cracked and couldn't wait.
That said now I wish I had cracked earlier since I've been off since Friday....oh well,

Use a VPN to connect through a country that is ahead of you (everyone seems to pick Korea), open up the game, then disconnect from the VPN and hopefully the game reconnects with your main connection without any problems!
I used VPN Gate to preload the game and it worked perfectly!

Is it at all possible that this will be available digitally in another region before the U.S? That way I can change my location settings and get it from there?

Live-action content based on Titanfall is set to be released through a collaboration between Respawn Entertainment and visual effects and post production studio Playfight, the studios announced via a teaser website launched today.
The Playfight project is lead by director William Chang and, according the website, the Canadian studio has "begun laying the foundation for the creation of original content within the vast expanse of the Titanfall universe." A trailer of the live-action project will be released tomorrow.

Awesome. After beating the campaign and spending a significant chunk of time with multi, I think this game in particular could benefit from a CGI or Live action trailer/short. And normally I hate CGi trailers. But this game needs one.

So am I the only one with graphics settings not working correctly?, no matter what my impact decal setting won't go past the low setting of 256.
Off for me in the config sets it to 0, low sets it to 256 and high sets it to 256 (it should be 2048).
Hopefully it'll be worth the wait.
I have a lot of work to do and I don't get home until 9 tonight anyways.

Or is there no single player in the sense that when you start the campaign, you're always paired up with other people via Xbox Live?

In an effort to answer my own question, I just tried to buy Thief through the Xbox site, I got right up to the confirm purchase screen and it all seemed fine.. (I don't actually want to buy Thief).
Is there any reason why this won't work?
No single players. There is a two hour campaign (for each side) which is essentially 5 matches of Attrition and four Hardpoint spliced together with cutscenes.

What you described is not singleplayer if it matches you up with other players. If yu are asking if there's a campaign, then the answer is yes. The campaign is however played with other players on your team and against other players on the opposing team. You can play the campaign twice to view the "story" from both sides of the war.
