It seems ESPN marketing finally got to me. I loved Playmakers, the Bobby Knight movie was decent, Hu$tle was alright, didn't care much for 3. But now...Tilt. I wasn't too interested in it when I first heard about it, but it's grown on me. Or just been subliminally shoved into my brain. Either way, what's the GAF opinion on this? Are you watching tonight?

I won't watch the first showing, but I'll either record it or catch one of the 4-5 replays tonight. I'll be at the Rockets game an I'll miss the 9ET showing.

And if you like gambling movies, should also check out Shade if you haven't yet. Better than I first thought it would be, pretty intriguing movie. And only 5 bones at Best Buy :lol

I'm really into poker but Tilt just looks ghey as hell. It's their poker version of Playmakers. Playmakers was stupid. "Let's take a football team but not concentrate at all on the game, instead we'll talk about how all the players are drug addicts and gay and wife beaters. This is entertainment!" I'll take real poker over fictional poker any day and with so much on TV now, Tilt just becomes ESPN's lame "let's try and cash in EVEN MORE on the poker craze" attempt. Ugh.

Had the TV on BSPN last night while friends and I were playing poker, and the general consensus was that this shit is going to fucking suck. Par for the course with BSPN, though. All their "orginal" progamming sucks a big, fat donkey dick.

Plus, was that DMX I saw in the promos? That's an automatic three strikes.

I wouldnt say all there original programming sucks but most all of it is overhyped and over advertised. I feel like Ive already seen TILT from all the commercials. I can never become interested in a show or movie when its hyped that much. Im sure its gonna be soooooo over the top. ITS ONLY POKER!

thats the problem.. everyone I know who watched 3 who doesnt follow Nascar liked it. People who actually watched Nascar and kept up with Dale didnt.

Junction Boys was their only decent movie so far.
