Don't know about that. I'm 35 this year and the only thing I've noticed is a bit of lower back pain and sounding like this.

35 was when I officially started feeling really old. But my older brother looks/acts/moves just as well as he did in his 20s. I guess it's different for everyone

Real talk though, my body looks better at 29 than it did at 24. Takes some effort but you too can rock the dad bod

For me 20-30 dragged, which was a good thing. However 30 to 39 has fucking FLOWN by and that's considering I'm less busy with more time to relax. I consistently told myself to enjoy my 30s and they literally disappeared in a flash.

I think, for me, the 30s determined where my life would go. I had a few struggles that changed my life.
