When the Wii U game launches on June 24, it will also launch with a one-of-a-kind special edition available at GameStop and Amazon.com. The special edition contains the Tokyo Mirage Sessions #FE game, a 5x8 color artbook, a six-song soundtrack CD featuring some of the game’s awesome music, six song cards and a sticker sheet at a suggested retail price of $79.99. The bundle will also contain DLC codes for all five sets of planned downloadable content. Releasing at launch, the five DLC packs contain additional quests or costumes, and will cost $1.99 each if purchased separately outside of the special edition.

NA & EU release on the same day huh.
I forgot, that sticker is in JP version as well or it's from Wii U bundle. Other than that, it's the same as JP Fortissimo Edition

Fuck yes can't wait!
Really surprised they decided to make one in the end. Big shame if the game bombs :(

Nice! When is it going up on Amazon? Oh that's right, when I'm driving to work when it will also sell out and I'll never have a chance in hell at it!

And here I thought nintendo wasn't going to do a special edition for TMS. (So I imported fortissimo edition)
Good on ya nintendo, I'm preordering that baby as soon as it goes up.

Ugh, I just realized this is out the same week as No Man's Sky, and I already have that limited edition reserved. This is tricky for me...

The cd has six songs on it. Six. Songs.

Pretty soon Atlus is going to include micro art books and cds with just the games themesong on them.

Wow just saw the EU one. I prefer the EU boxes usually because they are sturdier compared to the NA stuff Nintendo uses. Glad that both regions are getting it. Looks like EU artbook is hardcover?

oh I should finish my lunatic playthrough later after I'm done with my project... got stalled for months lol
How was the DLC for this game? Worth it?

never used it tbh (except the costumes) in both of my JP playthrough

it's the same as JP ones actually...

The next step is packing them as slips of paper into the box. A five page art pamphlet and a slip with a Youtube url for one of the songs.

Do we have any idea when this goes up on Amazon in the US?

Nothing was mentioned in the press release. So probably during PAX East on Friday morning when people are playing the demo and the rest of the world is at work or on their way to work.

Dont think I need a special edition for this, but for some reason this game looks like a lot of stupid fun.

I have no interest in J-pop or anime, but I have always liked the different Mega-ten gameplay styles, whether it traditional smt or persona or devil hunter etc. And this game seems to capture the over the top garishness of pop and j-pop and mixes it with well jrpg nuttiness.

I don't even think I have time to play this but I kind of just want to buy it because.

Also I love the colors and art direction. They nailed the look and feel.

Oh my. It will be mine, load times be damned.

For real, though, that's a pretty nice box.

Would I be correct in assuming that the soundtrack's a rough sketch version thing? Because that's what I'd expect from Atlus games.
