Tell you right now OP better be careful about getting banned Tom Brady has simply overwhelmed record books. World champion with two different teams. Unbelievable, everyone in the locker room will miss him.

Like him or not, he has been at the top of his game for a very long time. He could have probably retired years ago. Even though I don’t follow football. He has been an inspiration to watch. He’s proof that age is just a number.

LMAO that thread title. Are TB12 haters still in shambles after all these years? He is the greatest quarterback who has ever lived and will likely never be surpassed. This is the end of an age.
Disagree … he’s one of the best .. there are many variables to the equation
Put Marino or any other hof qb in his shoes with those teams and that coach and they would have equal success

Not trying to take anything from Brady as he is def up there but there is too much nuance to say he is better than other great qbs

Glad to have been able to watch TB throughout his career. Greatest quarterback of all time

Marino was definitely more physically gifted, the man had an absolutely cannon for an arm. I am curious to who you think is the greatest qb of all time if it isn't Brady

as much as I hated losing to him, and watching others lose to him, i have full respect for what he did and 100% agree he’s the GOAT

… but im super glad he’s now gone.

End of an era indeed. The GOAT, and it isn't even close. No amount of distortion or supposition can change that. "If" / "Would" don't mean anything. Brady has the numbers, others do not.

Not my favorite player but I can't deny he's the best QB of all time. Some of the last minute throws he would do to save the game were unbelievable.

He called the BUCS GM today & said he isn't even close to a decision yet. His father also said no, along w/ Bruce Arians & agent.

ESPN may retract the story. Heads on a platter.

that damn tiktok song is playing in my head now

“oh no… oh no no no no”

I love that every outlet ran with this. I hope it's not true, 1 because I want to see Brady get one more shot at another title and 2, because the national sports media is dog shit and has been for years. Sports journalism is basically in the same realm as games journalism so it's funny to see them get egg on their face

He was and still is the man. From nothing beginnings to 7 time champ.

I'll always be a fan of the greats and he is the one of his sport.

I don't have too much time to hate. He's done it longer and at a higher level than anyone......ever.

Reading the thread about Brayd in at ERA, so now people saying his a racist couse he was friend with trump some time ago. Like, if we was to go trough each and everyones life, we will find alot of shit going on. But nowadays people are holier than thou everywhere everytime. Im a Swede, so American Fotball is not big for me, i usually try to watch super bowl every now and then, but its hard to match up with it beeing in the middle of the night here in Sweden. I also try to watch som of the regular matches in the season. Anyway, this guy is an awsome Athlete, nomatter what some of you guys says here and over at the shitplace ERA.

One of the most accomplished players in NFL history and the best at his position. But to me Brady has never been the number one overall greatest player. Sorry Brady Bunchers.
Joe Montana and Steve Young brought more hype to games than Brady. The Brady fans are truly insufferable. I do find the Brady Bunchers comment hilarious.

Hoping one more year to wash the dust off this year and claim one more and go out on a win, think next seasons his last and knowing that would let him play extremely free.

It’s hard to stay that hungry two years in a row even if you’re the GOAT.

IMO Joe was the clear GOAT until the last couple Super Bowl wins for Brady. Joe still has 4-0 in super bowls in his favor, that alone is crazy impressive
Actually, you can't just go by winning percentage when it comes to Superbowls. Brady's 7-3 record is better than Montana's 4-0 record. It means Montana won 4, while Brady won 7 and played in 3 other Superbowls.

Going by straight winning percentage would mean that the NY Jets and their 1-0 Superbowl record makes them one of the best.

EDIT: One other thing, though. To be fair, Brady spent a large part of his career in a division with the Bills, Dolphins, and Jets when they were completely hapless.

seems like he is retiring but ESPN blew their load so he's butthurt and wants to claim it back

dude is legit crazy tho so I wouldn't be surprised if he wanted to try one more time to go out on top

I suppose my previous post was not exactly accurate. He is indeed the GOAT, but specifically the GOAT quarterback to be precise.
