Daddy Nutella did say that if it was up to him there wouldn't be console exclusives. Guess he remembered it was up to him and served Phil's bitch ass up to him on a plate.

Suicide hot lines all over the country are now wondering what the fuck is going on.

It's literally ALL coming to PS5. Except I haven't heard anyone anywhere mention RedFall coming to PS5, which is actually hilarious.

Six months to a year after the Xbox release.
For now but it's blatant that they can't maintain this for long. They'll kill off the Xbox brand and go full third-party. Their GP gamble didn't pay off and their biggest games were monumental flops. Microsoft is tired of subsidizing a losing brand. They want their money back.

im honestly in shock, theres too many of these to be fake. It seems like its happening for real.

This is gonna change gaming forever, kinda nuts

They will, they obviously leaving exclusive hardware and physical world, since it's a massive flop they all built by themselves ironically.

Imagine how stupid they have been to pay Disney more to renegotiate the original contract to let them cancel the originally planned PS5 version, now obviously the port won't be ready for this year but in this way they're missing on a lot of hype.

I said a few times this was my most anticipated game so I'd be all over a physical edition, hopefully a Collector's one.

That won't work. They won't sell consoles. Which in turn will also make the rental service a failure.
Going to be fascinating to watch this unfold. I can't see how they can launch another console and get enough people interested in it at all.

Which leads me to think, will they even launch a dedicated console again the in the form of the Series machines or prior ones?

If they actually want to sell a bunch of copies that sounds like the smart thing to do.

I thought the same thing. It looks like there is too much smoke and something at Microsoft shifted.

I do think Game Pass can still work as long as they are not doing day one on PlayStation and Switch. Why would someone wait to play on those consoles if they can get it for "free" and earlier on a MS console? I don't think we know what is happening. It looks like one of two things. MS shifted their strategy very fast. Or, the internet went crazy for a weekend and not much will come from this other than a few titles being ported over to other consoles.
