Any idea which 'stereotypes' they're talking about? Because it's probably nothing
EDIT: (probably something like around 12:10)
I'm not so fragile that a black screen hurts my feelings.
It is implicitly saying that if you enjoyed Tomb Raider in the past then you were and likely continue to be a bad person.I dunno what ya'll are up in arms about. It's infinitely better than them changing the game or removing content.

100% less. I hate this crap.Is anyone torn over whether this makes them more or less likely to purchase?
They should give the Tomb Raider IP to the developers of Stellar Blade.

Blame resetera, kotaku and the like? They (seemingly) get off on complaining about stuff like that...yes, even if it's from damn near 20 years ago. It's a damn shame that such an iconic video game remaster it's stained with such childish nonsense.
I will find a way to mod this shit out on the PC release. Those revisionist crybaby cucks ruin everything now.
Crystal Dynamics has added a content warning to Tomb Raider 1-3 Remastered flagging what it described as racial and ethnic stereotypes.
Here is the message in full:
Who gives a shit about a 5 second black screen? Are ya'll really that fragile?
Bunch of crybabies up in here.
Did you see where someone changed all creatures to robots in the modded RTX Remix version someone is working on? It looks stupid.Incoming PETA warning.
This is why I don't mind the placard at all. They're warning the safe-spacers to stay away if they don't want their eyeballs bleeding."Rather than removing this content, we have chosen to present it here in its original form, unaltered, in the hopes that we may profit off of its harmful impact and learn from it.”

I'd rather them have that message than changing the game completely.
Guys this is by far the best outcome.
It is still a purchase for me even though I hate stuff like this. Someone forced a mandate for this to be put in there not the full team of developers. Some of the developers may agree or disagree with the warning message, but in the end the game is presented in its original form with a new coat of paint I have no issues with the game itself. Is anyone torn over whether this makes them more or less likely to purchase?
In fairness, they probably did this in anticipation of someone complaining about it.
