Actually, this is less annoying to me than the stupid "I absolutely don't want to marry my incredibly hot and attractive arranged wife that any man would jump at the chance to be with!" that usually goes on in anime.

I didn't care much for the next two-three episodes (probably the worst episodes of the series) but IBO returns to form at episode 17.

-I don't take too much issue with McGillis sugar coating some praise for the girl. I gather he's not attracted to her, just nice enough to put on a caring face. That said having boobs/butt be her notice of age difference is about the lease tactful (most anime) way you could go about it.

-The human debris stuff is all dumb.

-I appreciate how they show Orga is a bit naive/childish himself.

Really, currently, this show is like a loaf of bread with mold scattered about. Some parts of it might be fine, but you're probably best throwing it all out anyway.
