newcomers to DBZ, I highly recommend watching the future of trunks special, its really good at delivering the drama
They need to watch the Sub if they do, since it was early on when Funimation did it.
The dub and script was really bad for that particular movie along with Bardock's special.

They do in a bonus episode of Kai only saw air once.
Trunks goes back in time after the Cell saga, casually walks up to Androids 17 and 18 in his timeline and kills then. Then Cell pre-Androids appears behind him and plans to take the time machine to the past, but Trunks kills him too. Montage plays afterwards with the Japanese OP playing over and bridges the gap between the Cell and Buu sagas.

The latest chapter implies something bad is going to happen to them because happiness can never happen in this series

Last chapter left on a cliffhanger with someone spying on Wave and Kurome, so people aren't so sure of a happy ending anymore.

IIRC it didn't air on the nicktoons actually.
Could explain why i don't remember seeing it when i was younger. I waa pretty in and out of watching dbz during the cell saga.

Just a shame both episodes' sub quality is utter shite even for OG DBZ standards.

lol, Run's backstory is a LITTLE bit different in the manga. Still a teacher and his motivation still involved his students, but there was more
