After they beat SAO the game in episode 13, Asuna is kidnapped by another game developer who wants to marry her comatose body to inherit her companies money. Kirito and Asuna are married with a child at this point so Kirito goes to save her in another MMO called Alfiem Online. Kirito's sister Suguha places ALO and we learn that she and Kirito are actually step siblings and that she REALLY loves her "not really my" Big Brother. When she realizes her brother IRL is hopelessly in love with a coma girl she falls in love with Kirito's avatar in the game ALO without realizing it's him. That crying scene is when she realizes she fell in love with her brother AGAIN

All of ichigos friends were fighting Aizen and it turned out it was actually One of their friends. Ichigo isnt under Aizens power and just stood there and watched them attack their friend.
