Nen powers are often limited in many cases and can't be used outside of the users immediate vicinity. Really powerful Nen users of course can reach farther, impressively so and some powers have no limit.

Has to be 1) One HELL of a Haiku and 2) he needs to be trained in Nen so powerful he can conjure that. You will see as the series progresses in order to have a power to get whatever you wish you have to train to a point you can attain that power or sacrifice a HELL of a lot in order to attain that.
