I can't decide, to be honest

I really like some of the characters and the way they play off each other

the humor is legitimately great

everything around the plot is complete nonsense, and not really in the good Gurren Lagann way even though that's clearly what they're going for

would also be nice if the show had a budget ever

anytime the show tries to get serious at all it completely fails

They cant help with the budget only get creative with it with their style of humor, they split off from gainex so they had basically no money, arguably the most popular thing trigger has done in their staple so far is little witch academia, and the first one had to be funded by the govt with the second funded by us the fans.
